Also we have Planetarium of Wan Shi Tong, which allows you to cast anything for free if you scry or surveil it off the top of your deck. This is very handy for big Eldrazis, of course, and because we're also using Cascade/Discover, using Scry/Surveil and stuff like Brainstorm to put specific cards on top is already pretty good.\n\nLANDS: A bunch of basics to pull out of the deck with Growth Spasm, Cultivate, etc. Also, some Eldrazi Lands (Eldrazi Temple, Eye of Ugin, Spawning Bed) for colorless mana and cost reduction. A few dual lands and a triome round out the land base, which is fairly robust at 35 (36 with MDFC). It would need to be higher without the aggressive Artifact mana generation.\n\nINSTANTS/SORCERIES: Sorceries are mostly card draw and ramp to thin the deck and build the mana base, with a couple of notable exceptions. Call Forth the Tempest is your only board wipe, and it also has Cascade, Cascade, so you might be able to board wipe and drop some decent Eldrazis at the same time! Additionally, Hit the Mother Lode gives a big Discover with the possibility of Treasure generation, both of which are good for you. Instants are a mix of removal, protection, card draw, and ramp.\n\nCREATURES: Obviously this is an Eldrazi tribal, so every creature (with one exception) is an Eldrazi. The one exception is Imoti, Celebrant of Bounty, as she gives big spells Cascade, which Eldrazis just love. The other exception is, of course the Commander, so let's talk about Eshki. Eshki has an ability that triggers whenever you cast a creature spell, giving it a +1/+1 counter, then also drawing a card if the creature spell's power is 4 or more, and dealing damage to each opponent equal to Eshki's power if the creature spell's power is 6 or more. With a few exceptions for weenie generators and cost reduction, the Eldrazi in this deck all have 4 power or more, most have 6 or more as well, meaning almost every one of your creatures will trigger the entirety of Eshki's effect. They're also big powerful creatures, too, but that's less important than you might think, as you'll see. Then there's Zhulodok, which gives all your colorless Eldrazis from your hand with MV 7+ (most of them) Cascade, Cascade, meaning there's going to be lots of spells cast if Zhulodok can stick.\n\nENCHANTMENTS: This is the actual meat of the deck. Yes, it's an Eldrazi tribal deck, but the Enchantments are where the power truly lies. There are some obvious enchantments, like Awakening Zone and From Beyond to generate Eldrazi weenies that can be used for mana or for blocking, whichever is most needed. Alchemist's Talent gives some extra ramp and some extra burn for big spells which is quite nice. Echoes of Eternity gives you more Eldrazis and more Eldrazi effects, which are just gravy at this point. Up the Beanstalk and Kozilek's Unsealing give card draw to replenish the hand you've spent to ramp up, just for casting big spells which you were already going to do. \n\nMonstrous Vortex, Rain of Riches, and Bigger on the Inside all give you Cascade or Discover which can stack with Imoti and/or Zhulodok to cast even more big spells.\n\nRhythm of the Wild and Uncivil Unrest give your creatures Riot, meaning they can be fast and aggressive right off the bat. Warstorm Surge rewards you for playing high-power creatures that hit the field and automatically deal damage. If you combine that with Uncivil Unrest, you can layer your triggers such that the creature gets the +1/+1 counter first, then deals damage equal to its power, which is now 1 higher, and deals double its increased power because of Uncivil Unrest, since it's a creature with a +1/+1 counter dealing damage to a permanent or player. \n\nThe real star of the deck, however, is a new Enchantment from the new Hobbit set: Dancing from Dark to Dawn (DfDtD). With it, when you cast a creature spell, you can put +1/+1 counters on a creature you have equal to the mana value of the cast creature spell. With Eldrazis that means you can pump your stuff up by 6 or more every time you cast, which is nice already. Then you remember Eshki.\n\nTHE COMBO:\nI'm going to showcase a relatively low-power scenario to demonstrate just how ridiculous this can get. \n\nOn the field: DfDtD, Eshki, a Cascade maker (let's say Rain of Riches). Spend a Treasure to cast a small Eldrazi like Devourer of Destiny. Rain of Riches gives it a Cascade trigger, DfDtD triggers, and Eshki triggers. You layer the effects so that Eshki is always after DtDfD, and we throw the Cascade on top to resolve first. Cascade hits an Oblivion Sower, which gives another DtDfD and another Eshki trigger, as well as its own cast trigger. So now we resolve triggers:\nOblivion Sower (cast trigger): exile top 4 of opponent's library and steal their land (assume no landfall triggers)\nDfDtD 2: put 6x +1/+1 counters on Eshki\nEshki 2: put 1x +1/+1 counter on Eshki (total 7), draw a card\nOblivion Sower (creature): hits the field\nDfDtD 1: put 7x +1/+1 counters on Eshki (total 14)\nEshki 1: put 1x +1/+1 counter on Eshki (total 15), draw a card, deal damage equal to Eshki's power (17) to all opponents.\n\nThis is the core of the winning combo. Yes, 17 is low, but this was showcasing a low-power scenario. When you add any of the Enchantment boosters or cast a larger creature spell, these numbers get very large very quick. Uncivil Unrest would make Eshki deal 34 damage in this scenario, and would also give the Eldrazis you just cast haste to contribute a possible additional 11 damage. Doubling Season not only gives more Eldrazi Spawn/Scion tokens to ramp better, it also makes Eshki's and DtDfD's triggers even more dangerous. Monstrous Vortex could keep you discovering big Eldrazis two, three, four, or even more times, each of which is triggering Eshki for big damage.\n\nPROBLEMS:\nOpponent goes wide: This is a tough thing to deal with, and is probably your worst case scenario. On the plus side you don't need to get around their creatures to kill them thanks to Eshki.\nOpponent goes big: You probably are going bigger\nOpponent wipes board: You have some protection with Eldrazi Confluence and Eldritch Immunity but largely you have to win without building much of a board, at least a creature board.\nI have no mana: Ramp is needed, good thing this deck has GREEN.\nOpponent is playing mill: You have Kozilek which will keep that from becoming too much of a problem.\n\n"}]}
