Mishra's ability works perfect with vampires despite not being a vampire himself, as he trigger both things vampires love, lifegain and lifeloss. The deck is bracket 3, using some slower infinites of "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Sanguine Bond"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Exquisite Blood"}},{"insert":" and their sibling cards to make infinite amounts of lifegain/lifedrain. We also strategically pick our game changers of "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Bolas's Citadel"}},{"insert":" , "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Necropotence"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Ancient Tomb"}},{"insert":" to use all that life we are gaining in even more broken ways. Overall this deck is super aggressive and plays really well together despite Mishra not being a vampire like all his pals.
