Commander
Sarulf, Realm Eater
Whenever a permanent an opponent controls is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put a +1/+1 counter on Sarulf.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sarulf has one or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may remove all of them. If you do, exile each other nonland permanent with mana value less than or equal to the number of counters removed this way.

Activating the ability once will remove all those pesky mana rocks that everyone else is running, then you can activate at your leisure to facilitate board control.\n\nThis deck doesn't run any creatures that are less than 4 mana, which means in most cases you're keeping the go-wide players in check without much trouble. And, since you're playing Dinosaurs, most of your more costly creatures just have bigger stats than your opponent's do.\n\nIf the game runs too long, there's also the Sarulf + "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Torment of Hailfire"}},{"insert":" combo once everyone is running light on cards in hand to secure the win.
