Whenever you gain life, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
: Level 3
When this Class becomes level 3, return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. You gain life equal to that creature's toughness.

Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"Attempt to win by using your commander as a voltron threat. Licia's ability is always accessible and thus will be our primary method of creating a voltron threat, with cards in the 99 being in place to support it (eg. verrak, warped sengir) and to quicken the counter generation (eg. cleric class and similar effects). There are also similar creatures to serve as backup threats should Licia be shut down in any way like imprisoned in the moon. To serve cleric class-type effects, I am considering focusing on soul sisters or just using various repeatable lifegain effects like lifelinking creatures and Ivory Tower. \nCreature removal will be brought primarily in the form of fling effects that cause the creature to deal the damage and sweepers like Chandra's Ignition, taking advantage of the lifelink on Licia giving a great discount on replaying her this turn if needed. Instant-speed flings can also be used in response to removal to get some last value out of creatures.\nI have purposefully avoided the exquisite + sanguine bloods combos because I would like to be primarily winning through a voltron gameplan, though some significant drain through gary and similar effects are still in the deck as a secondary wincon and to assist the voltron gameplan if needed.\n"}]}
