{"ops":[{"insert":"\"Baylen out loud!\" is named very much after the TV show featuring a young woman of the same name with Tourrets. I used that name for both the obvious reason and the fact that this deck can hit you with an explosive burn out of nowhere. Just like some of her quips ther her ticks deliver. I am not making fun of her or her condition. Just honoring her strong personality and inherent unpredictability. \nThe main pull in this deck is tokens. Big shocker in YET ANOTHER Hare Apparent deck. You know the classic drill. build up a ord of rabbits, then put more rabbits out to duplicate the rabbits, then blink the Hares to get MORE rabbits. Though the two blink cards are not the only ways to get tokens out. \nBring out Devestating Onslaught, Tempt with Vengence, and SOng of Totentanz. Each of these is a mana sink. Baylen lets us tap tokens for mana, so if we have rabits out we can use them to fuel them. \nbut the payoff is sweet.\nSee, we will have a plethora of Impact Tremors effects in play (Molten gatekeeper, termors, Raphael, warleader's call, Witty Roastmaster) as well as an Artist's Talent wich boasts each of those triggers by 2 damage. \nSo when a Hare Aparent storm goes off from blinking OR when rabbits are tapped to fuel an X spell we get a 1 creature for 3+ damage to the table. not a bad trade. Tempt with Vengence is also a bitof a trap. We get x 1/1 elementals. then the table each get to decide if they too would like X 1/1 elemntals. which for each person who does, we get ANOTHER x 1/1 elementals. a fast and greedy decision will double the burn triggers. \nSOng of Totentanz gives us X rats that cant block, but also gives the board haste. drop a vitalize and untap everyone to go swing. Devastating Onslaught gives usX copies of a creature we controll. I suggest Hare Aparent. as then we get X Hares, and their umpteen billion 1/1 rabbits. each one triggering the burn. \n\nIf all of that wasn't enough... with Suture preist, each creature we get gives us life. each creature THEY get drains them of life... making Tempting with vengence doubly lethal. \nAnd fun thing we can do is combine suture with Heroic feast and Basking broodscale. Each life gain makes a +1/+1 counter, if we drop it on the Broodscale, we get a o/1 eldrazi sacrifice mana source, and that triggers the preist again. And then we have a crap ton of mana for the afformentioned X spells if for some reason our burn effect arent in play. Or to pump up Jacked rabbit... and flood the board with tokens. dfon;t forget he is in there too. \n\nSimilarly, Rosie Cotton does the Token thing but without the life gain.... but can chain in to it if need be, or can stack the counters on other things while broodscale and Suture do their thing. \nthen Spike Feeder and Heroic Feast get involved and they too go Inifinite- put as many counters on everything as you would like. let Baylen tap things to get trample, and then wipe someone out that turn. \nNote: If you can, End the Rosie/Broodsscale or Suture/Heroic/Broodscale combo by putting that last counter on Whiskervale Forerunner, and go get yourself a free 3 mana creature. Ideally a Hare if you need one, ore any of the \"Tremors\" creatures if you need one. \nBrigid is in here as yet another mana sorce... and she, on her flipside, is functionally a Gaia's Cradle, but can do White OR green mana (all of only one color though at time of tapping). So, she can save neding to tap tokens for mana and instead let you dump a whole hand of Hares if you have them.... or alternatively, once again, sink a bunch of mana into one of the X spells in in the deck. \nCurrently there are only two Multi target blink spells. I may, as budget allows, add in one or two more. But the two tat ARE there, Semsters End and Another Round- Semesters End blinks them then returns them at the end step with +1/+1 counters on them, nice. But Another Round? Pay XXWW. Blink as many as you want X times. THIS is your ETB kill card. If you do the rabbit math on just 4 Hares blinking and then returning 5 times, you net 12 1/1 rabbits each blink.. so 60 by the end of the cycle. 120 if you have the Roaming throne out. \nRosie nabs a metrick ton +1/+1 counters to distribute at that same time too, so dump them on either Jacked Rabbit so he can populate the board when he swings.... or just plunk them on Baylen, given him trample by tapping 4 of the tokens, and then.... well I dont think ANYONE has enough blockers to absorb THAT much Trample damage. \nAnd then as if all this redundancy wasn't enough... we have Kindred Summons. If you have a good number of rabbits in the field at the time, you can go get the ones that remain in the library and drop them out ON SOMEONE ELSE'S turn...\nLastly, there is the Machine gun in the form of Caey Jones, Back Alley Brute. He just asks that you put +1/+1 counters on things. Anything. And for each one that you do, he punches someone in the face. And this deck has numerous ways to put counters on things... Spike Feeder, Heroic feast, Rosie Cotton, assorted defense spells, Baylen can pump himself for 1 counter by tapping 4 tokens...an ETB for toekns. lovely. \nSo yeah... this gets to be pretty nuts prety fast. Lots of ways to make tokens and suddenly trigger ETBs, or if they die, an LTB effect... The tokens coming in make counters... and can gain you life, which can in turn make more counters... you se how you could just chain this forever with the right set up, but ALL of the chains are exitable, so you wont Infinite yourself in to a draw. \n\nThere is a host of protection spells useful for giving things indestructable for a turn, and then, just for the \"Sure, board wipe me if you dare\" when you have an army of rabbits out---- Oupost Seige, so that when they DO wipe your tokens out, OR when you sac that pile of Eldrazi Spawn, everyone gets burned for each individual creature you controll that died. A nice little bit of Mutually assured destruction. \n\nthis deck has sitting in the back of my mind for a while now... way back when i opened a Bloomburrow box in May...and then I got the Marvel box and got two copies of Heroic feast and saw it does functionally the same trick as Heliod, Sun Crowned with Spike Feeder (who can go infinite with a ham sandwhich, I swear to Lilliana).. and I have been wondering where I could capitalize on that, the Rosie/scale, and the Suture/Scale combo to their fullest. and here we are. A deck i initially tried to make as a bracket 2 or 3, but then realized it was the perfect home for those two Selesneya combos, and plopped them in, making this already aggressive Token and burn deck a bracket 4. My GF, who absolutely LOVES rabbits, will enjoy the hell out of this deck when I show it to her. She already loves \"Too Much of a Good Thing\" heade by Ms Bumbleflower... as well as the Peace Offering precon... also with Ms B. a Hares deck was naturally a good fit. Now wejust need WOTC to make a Legendary Rabbit in Abzan Colors...then we can go all Aristocrats... wouldnt that be fun?\n"}]}
