Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"For the contest this month, I've built "},{"insert":{"card-link":"The Muckslinger Gang"}},{"insert":". But, instead of building the deck around cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Fling"}},{"insert":" or "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Greater Good"}},{"insert":", I've built the deck around "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Altar of the Wretched // Wretched Bonemass"}},{"insert":". One thing that is cool about the gang is that the card itself is very vague, presumably on purpose. Because of this, it indirectly says: \"Creatures in exile you own get +3/+3\" which means that when you exile cards with Altar of the Wretched and it becomes Wretched Bonemass, it's total power is 3 more for each creature you exiled. For example, if you exiled a 1/1, a 2/3 and a 6/6, instead of it becoming a 9/10, it becomes an 18/19 which I think is pretty cool. Building the deck, I put cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Rograkh, Son of Rohgahh"}},{"insert":" and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Goldvein Hydra"}},{"insert":" (Which becomes a 3/3 even if you play it for G because of the gang) that have lots of keywords for cheap, as well as cards like "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Moonshadow"}},{"insert":", "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Daemogoth Titan"}},{"insert":", and "},{"insert":{"card-link":"Baloth Prime"}},{"insert":" that have really high power compared to their mana cost and a really big downside which doesn't matter because it's in exile. When I play tested this the first time, I'm pretty sure I got a 29 power with double strike, trample, and something else so I feel like it works. Just be careful because it is a little bit glass-cannony.\n\nSee you guys next month!\n"}]}
