At the beginning of each of that player's upkeeps, if that card is exiled, remove a delay counter from it. If the card has no delay counters on it, the player puts it onto the stack as a copy of the original spell.

Research the Deep
Draw a card. Clash with an opponent. If you win, return Research the Deep to its owner's hand. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on their choice of the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a greater mana value.)

When this creature enters, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is greater than or equal to the number of cards in your library, you win the game. (Each in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)

Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"Who doesn't like drawing cards? Everyone wants to draw cards. But you can't draw enough cards because you have to include (ugh) win conditions. But what if drawing cards was the win condition? I present to you, Deck Barals. Baral, Chief of Compliance, makes your already cheap cantrips even cheaper, so you can draw through your whole deck and win with a Thassa's Oracle. Why Thoracle? Well, for one, I think manually winning with Thoracle without any combo is funny, but more importantly, it's maximally efficient, allowing my deck to curve out at two mana. We're blue after all, one of the worst ramp colors. Let's not get crazy and start running three drops or anything. How would we even pay for such expensive spells (pay no attention to the Cyclonic Rift in the corner. It is two mana after all)? \n"}]}
