The idea is to have majority snow lands, and use the commander to untap them when he attacks so that you can utilize them both main phases. This is more of a budget version to get the deck started and to play test it's way into higher consistency of what big spells to play and what creatures and non-creatures to support that strategy. There are a couple ways to carry mana into other phases as colorless mana and to utilize them for the big spells as well. Sultai has a lot of ways of gaining advantage and I believe I might be too scattered in trying to be advantageous through counter, ramp, draw, and evasion while building my board for the big spells. This is a theory-crafted deck I've been thinking of for a while, so I need to do some playstesting on it first. \n\nBut the heavy hitting spells for this deck so far are Profane Transfusion, Villainous Wealth, Dream Harvest, Aminatou's Augury, Mnemonic Deluge, and Breach the Multiverse. There are so many big spells that could take this place.\n\nThere isn't much of a snow support outside of the land base, but this is flexible. \n\nI'm excited to continue to play this, refine it, and upload it. \n\nAnyways, I hope you enjoy 🙃 \n"}]}
