Each creature spell you cast with mana value 4 or greater has blitz. The blitz cost is equal to its mana cost. (You may choose to cast that spell for its blitz cost. If you do, it gains haste and "When this creature dies, draw a card." Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.)
Blitz costs you pay cost {1} less for each time you've cast your commander from the command zone this game.

Toph, the First Metalbender

Nontoken artifacts you control are lands in addition to their other types. (They don't gain the ability to {T} for mana.)
At the beginning of your end step, earthbend 2. (Target land you control becomes a 0/0 creature with haste that's still a land. Put two +1/+1 counters on it. When it dies or is exiled, return it to the battlefield tapped.)

Creatures you control also get +1/+0 and have trample as long as you control six or more creatures.
Creatures you control also get +1/+0 and have double strike as long as you control nine or more creatures.

At the beginning of your end step, each player exiles the top card of their library. Until your next end step, each player may play the card they exiled this way.
Whenever a player plays a land from exile or casts a spell from exile, you put a +1/+1 counter on target creature and create a Food token. (It's an artifact with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this token: You gain 3 life.")

Whenever another nonartifact creature dies, return it to the battlefield under your control face down and tapped. It's a 2/2 Cyberman artifact creature.
At the beginning of your end step, each opponent faces a villainous choice — Each artifact creature you control deals 1 damage to that opponent, or you draw a card and chaos ensues.

Eminence — Whenever another nontoken Wizard you control enters, if Inalla is in the command zone or on the battlefield, you may pay {1}. If you do, create a token that's a copy of that Wizard. The token gains haste. Exile it at the beginning of the next end step.
Tap five untapped Wizards you control: Target player loses 7 life.

At the beginning of your end step, draw a card. Then each opponent faces a villainous choice — That player discards a card, or you may put a Construct, Robot, or Vehicle card from your hand onto the battlefield.

You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
Whenever you play a land or cast a spell, draw a card if you have no cards in hand. Otherwise, discard a card.
