River Song
Meet in Reverse — You draw cards from the bottom of your library rather than the top.
Spoilers — Whenever an opponent scries, surveils, or searches their library, put a +1/+1 counter on River Song. Then River Song deals damage to that player equal to its power.

Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"Deck Lore: Paul Atreides has achieved prescience. He sees the unbearable golden path. While he is unwilling to fully walk that golden path, he does see a way forward for humanity in his Fremen led jihad. He will need to muster all of his powers, experience and resources to fend off his adversaries and bend the known universe to his will. \n\nMechanical Themes: deck viewing, manipulation and named card payoffs are the mechanical representations of Paul's prescience. Retargeting spells and abilities represent a smattering of political maneuvering, the use of voice, and technology/tools that change the course of events. Legendary cards will represent key moments, characters, houses, and tools from the world of Dune. Targeted removal and especially land destruction represent the power over the spice trade through the threat of its destruction. \n\nScryfall Queries: \nf:commander id:ru o:\"on the bottom\" -o:random"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"f:commander id:ur otag:swap-removal o:search"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"f:commander id:ur o:connive o:\"target creature\""},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"f:commander id:ur (t:equipment or t:aura) o:connive"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"f:commander id:ur o:haste (o:hexproof or o:phase or o:shroud)"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"f:commander id:ur (otag:scry or otag:surveil or otag:search) (otag:group-hug or otag:selective-group-hug) [FOUND NOTHING]"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"f:commander id:ur (otag:scry or otag:surveil or otag:search) o:target o:player [FOUND NOTHING]"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"}]}
