Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck is fully working around Bumbles want to play 2 spells a turn. \n\nWe have 2 mana ramp in the deck to try and get her out early on turn 3. \n\nThe big blow out card is Brokers Confluence, you swing in with bumble and maybe another creature that has a couple of counters and your opponents may just take the damage. That is when its best to use as you proliferate 3 times, it can also be a great evasion if someone does try to remove a creature as a combat trick, you play Brokers in response and and can proliferate twice as well as then phase out the creature they attempted to kill.\n\nThere is a lot of protection in this deck just aimed at keeping Bumble alive, as long as you \"play your cards right\" you can keep everyone at the table happy by giving them cards, counters, gifts or what have you. Even if you are really beating up the table, as long as you communicate to the rest of them \"I am giving you a card since I destroyed your thing, or since I attacked you last turn\" can make people ignore her until she starts to get really big and dealing a lot of commander damage. \n\nChasm Skulker is also one of the strongest cards in this deck, you can easily stack it up with 10 to 30 counters especially if you get a proliferate off.\n\nLuminous Broodmoth is an amazing card in combo with the only board wipe promise of loyalty. In this deck as you goad everyones creatures as well as get back all of yours. Just keep in mind that only things with out flying come back to the battlefield, that means if Bumble put a counter on something that turn it will gain flying and will not come back off of the Broodmoth trigger. Your best bet is to have promise of loyalty go first off of the stack before having Bumbles triggers go off. \n\nRegarding Glunch, almost always give yourself the treasure tokens, as well as if someone does not have any creatures on board you can still grant them the counters, so you are basically only giving out a single card to draw which is always nice.\n\nWe run alot of small creatures with evasion like beloved princess, Slippery Boggle, and Azure Beastbinder that we can pump up and destroy an creature that attempts to block unless it has deathtouch.\n\nAnother really strong underrated card is Envoy of the Ancestors, it feels really bad for an opponent to use a removal spell on it, so it can go unchecked for a long time. With them out towards the beginning of the game you can gain 30 to 40 life pretty easily with all of the flying large counter filled creatures you will have attacking.\n\nA few other social tips with this deck I would cover is tempt with bunnies, it never hurts when explaining that yes you get a bunch, they also get a cute bunnie token, I typically show them what it looks like before I hand them out an say you will get this card if you do it. This is actually a real psychological trick you can use, which I think is perfect in the spirit of group hug play, pretend to give but only to destroy.\n\nMinds aglow is another card that is interesting, you usually dont want to pay to much mana as it incentivizes your opponents to just not pay anything, you also want to see if anyone has open mana to begin with when you cast this, or else you are the only one paying, anther way you can talk at the table is put alot of these types of cards as \"we all draw\" and \"we all get a token\". Always making things seem a little less harmless and friendly will get more to do as you want with these kinds of cards. \n\nImmortal Obligation is another card with alot of different plays that goes game to game, for instance one game I had an opponent mill their Gitrog Monster and we were just on turn 4 where I played Bumble on turn 3. This was by far my best target, I was able to again say some words like \"hey I know you want Gitrog, he will really get your deck going and hes super strong on board right now with everyone else having very little board presence\" This also immediately made that player a threat to the other 2 opponents and they started to focus them as they did not want Gitrog to be coming after them, then you throw a glunch add 2 plus 1 plus 1 counters to that player and you have a free always attacking 8/8 death toucher working for you.\n\nEverbody Lives! Is a great card in this deck for plenty of reasons, but it does have one very weird interaction that is good to keep in mind. The damage is not applied to anyone however, Commander damage is still applied and stacked up, it will not cause actual life totals to drop but it still stacks on the back end, so if you are going to die from commander damage this will not save you. That is due to you not dying that exact turn, but as soon as the turn ends the ability to lose happens and basically the game state will see that you have over 21 commander damage and will then lose. This is always something that if say an opponent doesnt block your commander as you cast this and they have no fear at that point it is a way to finish them off as they would not know that ruling until after the turn when you explain it. Of course you can always be a kind soul and let them know that info ahead of time.\n\nDuelist Heritage is another very strong card, that when I play it at the table I am always sure to tell everyone that yes, I can also use this on your creatures when you attack, say someone else other than me. You may have players asking you for a deal to give them the double strike in return for them to do something for you. \n\nWhen I have played this deck I tend to have other players wanting to take out something I point out I dont like, an asking for the next card draw given out to be them, or maybe the next two cards given to them. Never be affraid either to just offer up something like the next two cards that you give for opponents to draw is someones of they have an answer for xyz thing. It is something you were going to be giving out anyways so its free resources from you, to then have opponents using removal on something else.\n\nIf you are not proxying, feel like running any Game changers, or just dont want to run rhystic study as it is very expensive you can swap in insight which can be even better depending on the table. If you are against 3 opponents running green they cannot prevent the draws like they can with Rhystic. The other card you can also run is Compost, another card that is situational depending on how much black is being run at the table. If you do not feel weird or anything about it, you can have both cards and look at the commanders that you are going against and then swap out one of them for the other. If there is a deck that is running graveyard shenanigans and has black, Compost may get you a ton a value for instance.\n\nHopefully you enjoy this Bumble build, currently this is my favorite deck to play, you are very unassuming and players generally do not want to kill Bumbleflower since you are feeding them cards the entire game, enjoy!\n\n\n"}]}
