Whenever an opponent discards a card, exile it from their graveyard with a stash counter on it.
During your turn, you may play cards you don't own with stash counters on them from exile, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.

You may look at the top card of your library any time.
You may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library. If you cast a spell this way, pay life equal to its mana value rather than pay its mana cost.
{T}, Sacrifice ten nonland permanents: Each opponent loses 10 life.

Liliana's Indignation

Mill X cards. Target player loses 2 life for each creature card put into your graveyard this way.

Whenever you discard a noncreature, nonland card, draw a card.

Torment of Venom

Put three -1/-1 counters on target creature. Its controller loses 3 life unless they sacrifice another nonland permanent of their choice or discard a card.

Black Market

Whenever a creature dies, put a charge counter on this enchantment.
At the beginning of your first main phase, add {B} for each charge counter on this enchantment.

Dance of the Dead

When this Aura enters, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with this Aura." Put enchanted creature card onto the battlefield tapped under your control and attach this Aura to it. When this Aura leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted creature's controller, that player may pay {1}{B}. If the player does, untap that creature.

Biting Rain

All creatures get -2/-2 until end of turn.
Madness {2}{B} (If you discard this card, discard it into exile. When you do, cast it for its madness cost or put it into your graveyard.)

Players have no maximum hand size.
