Necromancy
You may cast this spell as though it had flash. If you cast it any time a sorcery couldn't have been cast, the controller of the permanent it becomes sacrifices it at the beginning of the next cleanup step.
When this enchantment enters, if it's on the battlefield, it becomes an Aura with "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Necromancy." Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control and attach this enchantment to it. When this enchantment leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.

Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"This deck leans into Agent Venom's compatriots from Universes Within while still sprinkling in synergistic and flavorful cards from the upcoming Spider-Man set. The name of the game for this custom Pre-Con is straight-forward control tactics through managing valuable low-CMC cards with the commander and other similar cards like Morbid Opportunist and Pitiless Plunderer rewarding the player for this playstyle. By leaning into the assassin/secret-agent lore of Agent Venom, the deck carries s huge host of single-target removal to force your opponents to play at your pace while you accrue enough value to slowly chip away their life with commander staples like Blood Artist and Bastion of Remembrance. The plan when designing with this Pre-Con was to make a gameplan that would be approachable and straightforward to new player while still having a few interactions that would present learning opportunities to newer players while keeping more seasoned players engaged. The Pre-Con has clear but varied upgrade paths for potential players to make. Be that varying up the types of removal, leaning in to the value engine, introducing more powerful death-triggers, or taking advantage of the low-CMC to introduce some high-mana-value haymakers to swing the board state in the mid-to-late game.\n\nThe deck's total comes to a little under $140USD at the time of writing. Included in the deck are both bracket 2-3 commander staples as well as a few cards that feel as they feel as though are due for reprints to help with their pricing. A total of 26 cards of the 99 are $1USD or more. The hope with this pricing is that it would allow for players to get a good value on this collection of cards when purchasing at MSRP and hopefully curve price gouging. \nThe 5 most expensive hypothetical reprints would be:\nKokusho, the Evening Star"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Nether Traitor"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Ashnod's Altar"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Jet Medallion"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"Reanimate"},{"attributes":{"list":"ordered"},"insert":"\n"},{"insert":"All in all I tried to incorporate everything I love about commander Pre-Cons into this design: affordability, valuable reprints, a consistent gameplan and repeatable strategy, and of course (the best part about Pre-Cons) diverse upgrade paths to really help someone make this Pre-Con their own thing. At the same time of course trying to ensure that the playstyle is fun enough to play against other pre-cons in bracket 2, but strong enough that it can still hold its own at a bracket 3 table.\n"}]}
