Description
{"ops":[{"insert":{"card-link":"Rule of Law"}},{"insert":" \nBring a different game experience to the table by restricting everyone to 1 spell per turn, and then try to be the best deck in that environment.\nThe goal being to stop anyone from quickly deploying two card combos in the save turn and winning the game on the spot. This deck also discourages long drawn out turns where players have to sit through one person making a series of non-deterministic game actions that take a long time to play out. The end result hopefully being a game which plays to many more turns than usual, but doesn't necessarily take more real world time because everyone has quicker turns. \nThis opens opportunities for more upkeep triggers, and combat phases within a single game. It also helps decks which play to the board, and hurts decks that just want to sit back and accumulate resources before eventually winning in one fowl swoop.\n\nGame plan: Play a rule of law in the early-mid game and try not to be the threat early on. As the game plays out, keep slowly accumulating board advantage until that board advantage eventually wins the game.\n\nFatal flaw: rule of law can be removed, allowing others to steal the game by removing it and then slinging multiple spells in one final turn. Vulnerable to board wipes, as many cycles around the table will have to complete for this deck to win.\n"}]}
