II — Target player mills four cards.
III — Exile target instant or sorcery card from your graveyard. Copy it. You may cast the copy.

Start your engines! (If you have no speed, it starts at 1. It increases once on each of your turns when an opponent loses life. Max speed is 4.)

Max speed — Whenever you draw a card, each opponent mills two cards. (Each opponent puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.)

Scrabbling Skullcrab

Eerie — Whenever an enchantment you control enters and whenever you fully unlock a Room, target player mills two cards. (They put the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.)

Riverchurn Monument

{1}, {T}: Any number of target players each mill two cards. (Each of them puts the top two cards of their library into their graveyard.)
Exhaust — {2}{U}{U}, {T}: Any number of target players each mill cards equal to the number of cards in their graveyard. (Activate each exhaust ability only once.)

The Water Crystal

Blue spells you cast cost {1} less to cast.
If an opponent would mill one or more cards, they mill that many cards plus four instead.
{4}{U}{U}, {T}: Each opponent mills cards equal to the number of cards in your hand.

As this enchantment enters, choose Temur or Sultai.
• Temur — Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, target player mills four cards.
• Sultai — You may play lands from your graveyard.

−2: Target player mills three cards. Then if a graveyard has twenty or more cards in it, you draw three cards. Otherwise, you draw a card.
−X: Target player mills three times X cards.

Whenever you commit a crime, each opponent mills three cards. This ability triggers only once each turn. (Targeting opponents, anything they control, and/or cards in their graveyards is a crime.)
