Description
{"ops":[{"insert":"I should preface this with stating that this deck is sort of built as a template you can use to launch into your Yawgmoth build. It has a basic combo mission: get that "},{"attributes":{"italic":true},"insert":"undying "},{"insert":"loop going with an aristocrat out. It's the easiest line of combo play for those of you that are maybe newer to dabbling in combo-engines.\n\nIf you want to dial back the combo/power to go the value route, peel out the undying package and probably build in more fodder in the mold of Reassembling Skeleton or replace it with your desired counter package that you want to proliferate. You can also afford to take out the tutors. Without the combo, there's not a lot of reason to run them.\n\nThe most obvious thing to do to dial this up is to simply add in a fast mana package, and peel out the higher CMC spells that you don't have time for. I've found that this build pushes a win somewhere in the ballpark of turn 5-8. Fast mana will move that schedule up.\n\nBe sure to check out the Yawgmoth episode of the Legendary Creature Podcast for more details on the deck and how you could potentially take the bones of this deck and turn Yawgmoth into a secret commander in another deck.\n"}]}
