+1: Draw two cards. Then discard two cards unless you discard an artifact card.
−2: Target artifact becomes an artifact creature. If it isn't a Vehicle, it has base power and toughness 4/4.
−6: You get an emblem with "Whenever an artifact you control becomes tapped, draw a card."

Whenever an opponent taps a land for mana, tap all lands that player controls.
If a creature an opponent controls attacks, all creatures that opponent controls attack if able.

Whenever a creature deals combat damage to a player, if that player controls one or more lands with contested counters on them, that creature's controller gains control of one of those lands of their choice and untaps it.

When this enchantment enters, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.
Creatures you control with +1/+1 counters on them are artifacts in addition to their other types.
Nonartifact creatures get -1/-1.
