The only exception is the Faerie creature type with High Fae Trickster and Archmage of Echoes, but only because both of those synergize so well with this deck. Play a Wizard, draw a card, get a page in the Journal. Draw more cards, play more Wizards, draw more cards.\n\nYou've got some Flash effects in the form of High Fae Trickster and Vedalken Orrery so that you can get more value out of Folk Hero, you've got draw payoffs in the form of Proft's Eidetic Memory, Diviner Wand, and Wizard Class, and you've got strong finishers in the form of Twenty-Toed Toad, Mirror Entity, and Approach of the Second Sun. It's a creature-focused deck based on a creature type that normally utilizes more of a spellslinger strategy.\n\nEach individual creature doesn't do that much, but they're each selected to be individually useful.
