When Cresting Mosasaurus enters the battlefield, if you cast it, return each non-Dinosaur creature to its owner's hand.

Minds Aglow

Join forces — Starting with you, each player may pay any amount of mana. Each player draws X cards, where X is the total amount of mana paid this way.

Howling Mine

At the beginning of each player's draw step, if Howling Mine is untapped, that player draws an additional card.

Ian Malcolm, Chaotician

Whenever a player draws their second card each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library.
During each player's turn, that player may cast a spell from among the cards they don't own exiled with Ian Malcolm, Chaotician, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

Memory Worm

Paradox — Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, Memory Worm deals 2 damage to target player. That player discards a card, then draws a card. Put a +1/+1 counter on Memory Worm.

Teferi's Puzzle Box

At the beginning of each player's draw step, that player puts the cards in their hand on the bottom of their library in any order, then draws that many cards.

The Twelfth Doctor

The first spell you cast from anywhere other than your hand each turn has demonstrate. (When you cast that spell, you may copy it. If you do, choose an opponent to also copy it. A copy of a permanent spell becomes a token.)
Whenever you copy a spell, put a +1/+1 counter on The Twelfth Doctor.

Humble Defector

{T}: Draw two cards. Target opponent gains control of Humble Defector. Activate only during your turn.

River Song

Meet in Reverse — You draw cards from the bottom of your library rather than the top.
Spoilers — Whenever an opponent scries, surveils, or searches their library, put a +1/+1 counter on River Song. Then River Song deals damage to that player equal to its power.

Tishana's Tidebinder

If an ability of an artifact, creature, or planeswalker is countered this way, that permanent loses all abilities for as long as Tishana's Tidebinder remains on the battlefield.
