Artifact
Equipped creature has first strike and gets +1/+0 for each instant and sorcery card in your graveyard. Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, you may cast an instant or sorcery spell from your hand with mana value less than or equal to that damage without paying its mana cost. Equip {3}
{4}, {T}: Roll a d20. Each opponent exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card, then shuffles the rest into their library. You may cast up to X instant and/or sorcery spells from among cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs. 1—9 | X is one. 10—19 | X is two. 20 | X is three.
Creature
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, choose one that hasn't been chosen — • You may tap or untap target permanent. • Gandalf the Grey deals 3 damage to each opponent. • Copy target instant or sorcery spell you control. You may choose new targets for the copy. • Put Gandalf on top of its owner's library.
Gríma, Saruman's Footman can't be blocked. Whenever Gríma deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then that player puts the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of their library in a random order.
Whenever you draw your second card each turn, create a 1/1 blue Illusion creature token with "This creature gets +1/+0 for each other Illusion you control." Whenever an Illusion you control dies, you may put a permanent card with mana value less than or equal to that creature's power from your hand onto the battlefield.
Enchantment
Each nonland card in your graveyard has escape. The escape cost is equal to the card's mana cost plus exile three other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast cards from your graveyard for their escape cost.) At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice Underworld Breach.
Instant
Land
{T}: Add {C}. {2}, {T}: Look at the top card of your library. If it's an instant or sorcery card, you may reveal it and put it into your hand. If you don't put the card into your hand, you may put it into your graveyard. Activate only if you have exactly zero or seven cards in hand.
Sorcery
Cascade, cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order. Then do it again.) Call Forth the Tempest deals damage to each creature your opponents control equal to the total mana value of other spells you've cast this turn.
Choose three. You may choose the same mode more than once. • Return target monocolored instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand. • Target creature gets -3/-3 until end of turn. • Goad each creature target player controls. (Until your next turn, those creatures attack each combat if able and attack a player other than you if able.)
Discard all the cards in your hand. Add {R} for each card discarded this way, then draw that many cards plus one. Will of the Planeswalkers — Starting with you, each player votes for planeswalk or chaos. If planeswalk gets more votes, planeswalk. If chaos gets more votes or the vote is tied, chaos ensues.
Sideboard
Maybeboard
Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.) Delirium — As long as there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, Dragon's Rage Channeler gets +2/+2, has flying, and attacks each combat if able.
Until end of turn, target creature you control gains "When this creature dies, return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control, then create a Wicked Role token attached to it." (Enchanted creature gets +1/+1. When this Aura is put into a graveyard, each opponent loses 1 life.)
