Commander
Deathtouch At the beginning of your end step, investigate for each opponent who lost life this turn. Whenever a Clue you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, create a 1/1 white and black Spirit creature token with flying. This ability triggers only once each turn.
Anthem
Ward {X}, where X is the number of experience counters you have. At the beginning of your end step, if a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn, you get an experience counter. Creatures you control get +1/+0 for each experience counter you have.

Draw
+1: Reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand. Each opponent loses life equal to its mana value. −X: Sorin, Grim Nemesis deals X damage to target creature or planeswalker and you gain X life. −9: Create a number of 1/1 black Vampire Knight creature tokens with lifelink equal to the highest life total among all players.
When Wernog, Rider's Chaplain enters or leaves the battlefield, each opponent may investigate. Each opponent who doesn't loses 1 life. You investigate X times, where X is one plus the number of opponents who investigated this way. Friends forever (You can have two commanders if both have friends forever.)
Instant
Kicker {2}{W} (You may pay an additional {2}{W} as you cast this spell.) Target creature phases out. If this spell was kicked, each creature target player controls phases out instead. (Treat phased-out creatures and anything attached to them as though they don't exist until their controller's next turn.)
Land
Restless Fortress enters the battlefield tapped. {T}: Add {W} or {B}. {2}{W}{B}: Restless Fortress becomes a 1/4 white and black Nightmare creature until end of turn. It's still a land. Whenever Restless Fortress attacks, defending player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
Lifegain
+2: Each opponent loses 1 life. You gain life equal to the life lost this way. −2: Create a 5/5 black Demon creature token with flying. You lose 2 life. −8: You get an emblem with "{1}{B}, Sacrifice a creature: You gain X life and draw X cards, where X is the sacrificed creature's power." Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath can be your commander.
Protection
Flying Whenever King of the Oathbreakers or another Spirit you control becomes the target of a spell, it phases out. (Treat it and anything attached to it as though they don't exist until your next turn.) Whenever King of the Oathbreakers or another Spirit you control phases in, create a tapped 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying.
Ramp
+1: Create a tapped Powerstone token. (It's an artifact with "{T}: Add {C}. This mana can't be spent to cast a nonartifact spell.") −1: Pay any amount of mana. Look at that many cards from the top of your library, then put one of those cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. −7: You get an emblem with "Tap an untapped artifact you control: This emblem deals 1 damage to any target."
Recursion
Flying Once during each of your turns, you may play a land from your graveyard or cast a permanent spell with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard. If you do, it gains "When this permanent is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, exile it and you gain 2 life."

When Gothmog, Morgul Lieutenant enters the battlefield, amass Orcs 1. (Put a +1/+1 counter on an Army you control. It's also an Orc. If you don't control an Army, create a 0/0 black Orc Army creature token first.) Creature tokens you control have deathtouch.
+1: Creatures you control gain deathtouch until end of turn. Put a +1/+1 counter on up to one target creature token you control. −2: Until end of turn, if one or more tokens would be created under your control, twice that many of those tokens are created instead. −6: Exile all cards from all graveyards, then create a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying for each card exiled this way.
Tutor
Suspend 2—{1}{B} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{B} and exile it with two time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) Search your library for a card, put that card into your hand, then shuffle.
