Commander
+1: Until your next turn, creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays 2 life for each of those creatures. −3: Search your library for a Dragon card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. −7: Destroy all non-Dragon creatures. Sivitri, Dragon Master can be your commander.

{T}: Add one mana of any color. {1}, {T}: Tap target artifact. {2}, {T}: Surveil 1. (Look at the top card of your library. You may put that card into your graveyard.) {3}, {T}: Goad target creature. (Until your next turn, it attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)
Draw
Hideaway 5 (When this enchantment enters the battlefield, look at the top five cards of your library, exile one face down, then put the rest on the bottom in a random order.) Whenever you draw your first card during each of your draw steps, draw a card. Then if you have nine or more cards in hand, you may play the exiled card without paying its mana cost.

At the beginning of your upkeep, if Sand Silos is tapped, put a storage counter on it. {T}, Remove any number of storage counters from Sand Silos: Add {U} for each storage counter removed this way.
Mill
Enchant player At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, that player reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield under your control. That player puts the rest of the revealed cards into their graveyard.
Proliferate
Compleated ({B/P} can be paid with {B} or 2 life. If life was paid, this planeswalker enters with two fewer loyalty counters.) 0: You draw a card and you lose 1 life. Proliferate. −2: Target creature becomes a Treasure artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color" and loses all other card types and abilities. −9: If target player has fewer than nine poison counters, they get a number of poison counters equal to the difference.

Suspend 3—{1}{U}{U} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{U}{U} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.) Search target opponent's library for a creature card and put that card onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles.
Maybeboard
Flying At the beginning of your end step, exile the top card of each opponent's library. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it. Whenever a nonland permanent an opponent owns enters the battlefield under your control, they lose life equal to its mana value.
Flying When Hidetsugu and Kairi enters the battlefield, draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand on top of your library in any order. When Hidetsugu and Kairi dies, exile the top card of your library. Target opponent loses life equal to its mana value. If it's an instant or sorcery card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.
Flying, ward {3} When Kairi, the Swirling Sky dies, choose one — • Return any number of target nonland permanents with total mana value 6 or less to their owners' hands. • Mill six cards, then return up to two instant and/or sorcery cards from your graveyard to your hand.
