Whenever an opponent casts a spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {1}.

Noble Benefactor

When Noble Benefactor dies, each player may search their library for a card and put that card into their hand. Then each player who searched their library this way shuffles.

You may discard an Island card and another card rather than pay this spell's mana cost.

Jace, Wielder of Mysteries

If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead.
+1: Target player mills two cards. Draw a card.
−8: Draw seven cards. Then if your library has no cards in it, you win the game.

Finale of Revelation

Draw X cards. If X is 10 or more, instead shuffle your graveyard into your library, draw X cards, untap up to five lands, and you have no maximum hand size for the rest of the game.

Each opponent can't draw more than one card each turn.
