Timesifter

At the beginning of each upkeep, each player exiles the top card of their library. The player who exiled the card with the highest mana value takes an extra turn after this one. If two or more players' cards are tied for highest, the tied players repeat this process until the tie is broken.

Hive Mind

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery spell, each other player copies that spell. Each of those players may choose new targets for their copy.

Thieves' Auction

Exile all nontoken permanents. Starting with you, each player chooses one of the exiled cards and puts it onto the battlefield tapped under their control. Repeat this process until all cards exiled this way have been chosen.

Confusion in the Ranks

Whenever an artifact, creature, or enchantment enters, its controller chooses target permanent another player controls that shares a card type with it. Exchange control of those permanents.

Possibility Storm

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, that player exiles it, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a card that shares a card type with it. That player may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put all cards exiled with Possibility Storm on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Grip of Chaos

Whenever a spell or ability is put onto the stack, if it has a single target, reselect its target at random. (Select from among all legal targets.)

Warp World

Each player shuffles all permanents they own into their library, then reveals that many cards from the top of their library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.

Eye of the Storm

Whenever a player casts an instant or sorcery card, exile it. Then that player copies each instant or sorcery card exiled with Eye of the Storm. For each copy, the player may cast the copy without paying its mana cost.

Mind's Dilation

Whenever an opponent casts their first spell each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a nonland card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Starke of Rath

{T}: Destroy target artifact or creature. That permanent's controller gains control of Starke of Rath. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Planar Chaos

At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Planar Chaos.
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player flips a coin. If they lose the flip, counter that spell.

Broken Concentration

Counter target spell.
Madness {3}{U} (If you discard this card, discard it into exile. When you do, cast it for its madness cost or put it into your graveyard.)

Assimilate Essence

Counter target creature or battle spell unless its controller pays {4}. If they do, you incubate 2. (Create an Incubator token with two +1/+1 counters on it and "{2}: Transform this artifact." It transforms into a 0/0 Phyrexian artifact creature.)

Azorius Guildmage

{2}{W}: Tap target creature.
{2}{U}: Counter target activated ability. (Mana abilities can't be targeted.)

Bane's Contingency

Counter target spell. If that spell targets a commander you control, instead counter that spell, scry 2, then draw a card.

Bone to Ash

Counter target creature spell.
Draw a card.

Bar the Gate

Counter target creature or planeswalker spell. Venture into the dungeon. (Enter the first room or advance to the next room.)

Bring the Ending

Counter target spell unless its controller pays {2}.
Corrupted — Counter that spell instead if its controller has three or more poison counters.

Farewell

Choose one or more —
• Exile all artifacts.
• Exile all creatures.
• Exile all enchantments.
• Exile all graveyards.

Broken Ambitions

Counter target spell unless its controller pays {X}. Clash with an opponent. If you win, that spell's controller mills four cards. (Each clashing player reveals the top card of their library, then puts that card on the top or bottom. A player wins if their card had a higher mana value.)

The Great Aurora

Each player shuffles all cards from their hand and all permanents they own into their library, then draws that many cards. Each player may put any number of land cards from their hand onto the battlefield. Exile The Great Aurora.

Activated abilities of creatures you control cost {2} less to activate. This effect can't reduce the mana in that cost to less than one mana.
