Whenever one or more opponents each lose exactly 1 life, put a +1/+1 counter on Ob Nixilis, Captive Kingpin. Exile the top card of your library. Until your next end step, you may play that card.

Magebane Lizard

Whenever a player casts a noncreature spell, Magebane Lizard deals damage to that player equal to the number of noncreature spells they've cast this turn.

Karazikar, the Eye Tyrant

Whenever you attack a player, tap target creature that player controls and goad it. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)
