Runeflare Trap deals damage to target player equal to the number of cards in that player's hand.

Ravenous Trap

If an opponent had three or more cards put into their graveyard from anywhere this turn, you may pay {0} rather than pay this spell's mana cost.

Any player may have Book Burning deal 6 damage to them. If no one does, target player mills six cards.

Breaking Point

Any player may have Breaking Point deal 6 damage to them. If no one does, destroy all creatures. Creatures destroyed this way can't be regenerated.

Lethal Vapors

Whenever a creature enters, destroy it.
{0}: Destroy Lethal Vapors. You skip your next turn. Any player may activate this ability.

Temporal Extortion

When you cast this spell, any player may pay half their life, rounded up. If a player does, counter Temporal Extortion.
Take an extra turn after this one.

Choice of Damnations

Target opponent chooses a number. You may have that player lose that much life. If you don't, that player sacrifices all but that many permanents of their choice.

Incriminate

Choose two target creatures controlled by the same player. That player sacrifices one of them of their choice.

Trial of Agony

Choose two target creatures controlled by the same opponent. That player chooses one of those creatures. Trial of Agony deals 5 damage to that creature, and the other can't block this turn.

Imperial Edict

Target opponent chooses a creature they control. Destroy that creature.

Retribution

Choose two target creatures controlled by the same opponent. That player chooses and sacrifices one of those creatures. Put a -1/-1 counter on the other.

Plargg and Nassari

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.

Wei Assassins

When Wei Assassins enters, target opponent chooses a creature they control. Destroy that creature.
