Thassa's Oracle

When Thassa's Oracle enters, look at the top X cards of your library, where X is your devotion to blue. Put up to one of them on top of your library and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order. If X is greater than or equal to the number of cards in your library, you win the game. (Each {U} in the mana costs of permanents you control counts toward your devotion to blue.)

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, Viseling deals X damage to that player, where X is the number of cards in their hand minus 4.

Shuffle all cards from your graveyard into your library. Target player mills that many cards.

If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, you win the game instead.

Players have no maximum hand size.

Each player discards their hand, then draws cards equal to the greatest number of cards a player discarded this way.

Dreamborn Muse

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player mills X cards, where X is the number of cards in their hand.

Chasm Skulker

Whenever you draw a card, put a +1/+1 counter on Chasm Skulker.
When Chasm Skulker dies, create X 1/1 blue Squid creature tokens with islandwalk, where X is the number of +1/+1 counters on Chasm Skulker. (They can't be blocked as long as defending player controls an Island.)

Jace's Erasure

Whenever an Illusion you control dies, you may put a permanent card with mana value less than or equal to that creature's power from your hand onto the battlefield.

Kefnet the Mindful

Kefnet the Mindful can't attack or block unless you have seven or more cards in hand.
{3}{U}: Draw a card, then you may return a land you control to its owner's hand.

Whenever an opponent draws a card, you may draw two cards.

The Reality Chip

You may look at the top card of your library any time.
As long as The Reality Chip is attached to a creature, you may play lands and cast spells from the top of your library.
