Whenever a nontoken creature an opponent controls enters, create a token that's a copy of that creature except it's an artifact in addition to its other types. Then exile all other tokens created with Faerie Artisans.

Reins of Power

Untap all creatures you control and all creatures target opponent controls. You and that opponent each gain control of all creatures the other controls until end of turn. Those creatures gain haste until end of turn.

Quiet Speculation

Search target player's library for up to three cards with flashback and put them into that player's graveyard. Then the player shuffles.

Overwhelming Intellect

Counter target creature spell. Draw cards equal to that spell's mana value.

You may exile two blue cards from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Gain control of target noncreature spell. You may choose new targets for it. (If that spell is an artifact, enchantment, or planeswalker, the permanent enters under your control.)

Cultural Exchange

Choose any number of creatures target player controls. Choose the same number of creatures another target player controls. Those players exchange control of those creatures. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)

Planar Overlay

Each player chooses a land they control of each basic land type. Return those lands to their owners' hands.

Overburden

Whenever a player puts a nontoken creature onto the battlefield, that player returns a land they control to its owner's hand.

Submerge

If an opponent controls a Forest and you control an Island, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.

Curfew

Each player returns a creature they control to its owner's hand.

Fade Away

For each creature, its controller sacrifices a permanent of their choice unless they pay {1}.

Land Equilibrium

If an opponent who controls at least as many lands as you do would put a land onto the battlefield, that player instead puts that land onto the battlefield then sacrifices a land of their choice.

Shimmer Dragon

As long as you control four or more artifacts, Shimmer Dragon has hexproof. (It can't be the target of spells or abilities your opponents control.)
Tap two untapped artifacts you control: Draw a card.

Misdirection

You may exile a blue card from your hand rather than pay this spell's mana cost.
Change the target of target spell with a single target.
