Whenever Rottenmouth Viper enters or attacks, put a blight counter on it. Then for each blight counter on it, each opponent loses 4 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice or discards a card.

At the beginning of your end step, exile the top card of each opponent's library. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled. If you cast a spell this way, you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast it.
Whenever a nonland permanent an opponent owns enters the battlefield under your control, they lose life equal to its mana value.

Bloodchief Ascension

At the beginning of each end step, if an opponent lost 2 or more life this turn, you may put a quest counter on Bloodchief Ascension. (Damage causes loss of life.)
Whenever a card is put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, if Bloodchief Ascension has three or more quest counters on it, you may have that player lose 2 life. If you do, you gain 2 life.

Brazen Cannonade

Whenever an attacking creature you control dies, Brazen Cannonade deals 2 damage to each opponent.
Raid — At the beginning of each of your postcombat main phases, if you attacked this turn, exile the top card of your library. Until end of combat on your next turn, you may play that card.
