At the beginning of each end step, put a slime counter on each creature you don't control.
Creatures you don't control get -1/-1 for each slime counter on them.
Whenever a creature you don't control with a slime counter on it dies, create a 1/1 black Slug creature token.

Destroy all creatures with no counters on them.

Parallax Wave

Fading 5 (This enchantment enters with five fade counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a fade counter from it. If you can't, sacrifice it.)
Remove a fade counter from Parallax Wave: Exile target creature.
When Parallax Wave leaves the battlefield, each player returns to the battlefield all cards they own exiled with Parallax Wave.

Gemstone Caverns

If Gemstone Caverns is in your opening hand and you're not the starting player, you may begin the game with Gemstone Caverns on the battlefield with a luck counter on it. If you do, exile a card from your hand.

As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of nonland permanents. This spell costs {1} less to cast for each permanent sacrificed this way.
Whenever Rottenmouth Viper enters or attacks, put a blight counter on it. Then for each blight counter on it, each opponent loses 4 life unless that player sacrifices a nonland permanent of their choice or discards a card.

Myojin of Cleansing Fire

Myojin of Cleansing Fire enters with a divinity counter on it if you cast it from your hand.
Myojin of Cleansing Fire has indestructible as long as it has a divinity counter on it.

If that player doesn't, you mill X cards, where X is the number of influence counters on Palantír of Orthanc, and that player loses life equal to the total mana value of those cards.

As Frankenstein's Monster enters, exile X creature cards from your graveyard. If you can't, put Frankenstein's Monster into its owner's graveyard instead of onto the battlefield. For each creature card exiled this way, Frankenstein's Monster enters with a +2/+0, +1/+1, or +0/+2 counter on it.

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two eon counters on Out of the Tombs, then mill cards equal to the number of eon counters on it.
If you would draw a card while your library has no cards in it, instead return a creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield. If you can't, you lose the game.

{3}{B}, {T}: Put a shadow counter on target creature. For as long as that creature has a shadow counter on it, it's a Wraith in addition to its other types. (A creature with shadow can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.)

Djinn of Wishes

Djinn of Wishes enters with three wish counters on it.
{2}{U}{U}, Remove a wish counter from Djinn of Wishes: Reveal the top card of your library. You may play that card without paying its mana cost. If you don't, exile it.

Bloodroot Apothecary

When Bloodroot Apothecary enters, you and target opponent each create a Treasure token.

As long as there is exactly one tide counter on Homarid, it gets -1/-1.
As long as there are exactly three tide counters on Homarid, it gets +1/+1.
Whenever there are four or more tide counters on Homarid, remove all tide counters from it.

Unwilling Vessel

Eerie — Whenever an enchantment you control enters and whenever you fully unlock a Room, put a possession counter on Unwilling Vessel.
When Unwilling Vessel dies, create an X/X blue Spirit creature token with flying, where X is the number of counters on Unwilling Vessel.
