Mirror Mirror enters tapped.
{7}, {T}, Sacrifice Mirror Mirror: Choose target player. At the beginning of the next end step, exchange life totals with that player, exchange control of all permanents you and that player control, and exchange cards in your hands, cards in your libraries, and cards in your graveyards.

Chain of Vapor

Return target nonland permanent to its owner's hand. Then that permanent's controller may sacrifice a land of their choice. If the player does, they may copy this spell and may choose a new target for that copy.

At the beginning of the next end step, exile it. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)

Target creature you control fights target creature the opponent to your left controls. Then that player may copy this spell and may choose new targets for the copy.

At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent creates a 1/1 white Soldier creature token.

When Act of Authority enters, you may exile target artifact or enchantment.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile target artifact or enchantment. If you do, its controller gains control of Act of Authority.

Bucknard's Everfull Purse

{1}, {T}: Roll a d4 and create a number of Treasure tokens equal to the result. The player to your right gains control of Bucknard's Everfull Purse.

Contested Game Ball

Whenever you're dealt combat damage, the attacking player gains control of Contested Game Ball and untaps it.
