Eluge's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Islands you control.
Whenever Eluge enters or attacks, put a flood counter on target land. It's an Island in addition to its other types for as long as it has a flood counter on it.
The first instant or sorcery spell you cast each turn costs {U} (or {1}) less to cast for each land you control with a flood counter on it.

Tap three untapped Brainiacs you control: The next time you would roll a six-sided die, instead roll two six-sided dice and use the total of those results.

Skullcage

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, Skullcage deals 2 damage to that player unless they have exactly three or exactly four cards in hand.

As long as your life total is less than or equal to half your starting life total, Myrkul, Lord of Bones has indestructible.

Whenever a creature with power 1 or less is put into your graveyard from the battlefield, you may return that card to the battlefield at the beginning of the next end step if Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker is still on the battlefield.

Indominus Rex, Alpha

As Indominus Rex, Alpha enters, discard any number of creature cards. It enters with a flying counter on it if a card discarded this way has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, hexproof, haste, indestructible, lifelink, menace, reach, trample, and vigilance.
When Indominus Rex enters, draw a card for each counter on it.

"Brims" Barone, Midway Mobster

When "Brims" Barone, Midway Mobster enters, put a +1/+1 counter on each other creature you control that has a hat.
