Rise of the Dark Realms

Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control.

Breach the Multiverse

Each player mills ten cards. For each player, choose a creature or planeswalker card in that player's graveyard. Put those cards onto the battlefield under your control. Then each creature you control becomes a Phyrexian in addition to its other types.

Eye Collector

Infesting Radroach can't block.
Whenever Infesting Radroach deals combat damage to a player, they get that many rad counters.
Whenever an opponent mills a nonland card, if Infesting Radroach is in your graveyard, you may return it to your hand.

Vampiric Tutor

Search your library for a card, then shuffle and put that card on top. You lose 2 life.

Mesmeric Orb

Whenever a permanent becomes untapped, that permanent's controller mills a card.

Crypt Ghast

Extort (Whenever you cast a spell, you may pay {W/B}. If you do, each opponent loses 1 life and you gain that much life.)
Whenever you tap a Swamp for mana, add an additional {B}.

Syr Konrad, the Grim

Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent.
{1}{B}: Each player mills a card. (They each put the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Vault 12: The Necropolis

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I — Each player gets three rad counters.
II — Create X 2/2 black Zombie Mutant creature tokens, where X is the total number of rad counters among players.
III — Put two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control that's a Zombie or Mutant.

Whenever another creature you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Feral Ghoul.
When Feral Ghoul dies, each opponent gets a number of rad counters equal to its power.

If damage would be dealt to Bloatfly Swarm while it has a +1/+1 counter on it, prevent that damage, remove that many +1/+1 counters from it, then give each player a rad counter for each +1/+1 counter removed this way.

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player discards a card. Each opponent who discarded a card that shares a card type with the card you discarded loses 3 life. (Players reveal the discarded cards simultaneously.)

{3}{B}, Sacrifice Font of Return: Return up to three target creature cards from your graveyard to your hand.

Gibbering Descent

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player loses 1 life and discards a card.
Hellbent — Skip your upkeep step if you have no cards in hand.

Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal
