Share the Spoils

When Share the Spoils enters the battlefield or an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library.
During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with Share the Spoils, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.

Path to Exile

Exile target creature. Its controller may search their library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

At the beginning of your end step, each player exiles the top card of their library. Until your next end step, each player may play the card they exiled this way.
Whenever a player plays a land from exile or casts a spell from exile, you put a +1/+1 counter on target creature and create a Food token. (It's an artifact with "{2}, {T}, Sacrifice this artifact: You gain 3 life.")

Bottled Cloister

At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, exile all cards from your hand face down.
At the beginning of your upkeep, return all cards you own exiled with Bottled Cloister to your hand, then draw a card.

Assault Suit

Equipped creature gets +2/+2, has haste, can't attack you or planeswalkers you control, and can't be sacrificed.
At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, you may have that player gain control of equipped creature until end of turn. If you do, untap it.

Clockwork Fox

When Clockwork Fox leaves the battlefield, you draw two cards and each opponent draws a card.

Khârn the Betrayer

Berzerker — Khârn the Betrayer attacks or blocks each combat if able.
Sigil of Corruption — When you lose control of Khârn the Betrayer, draw two cards.
The Betrayer — If damage would be dealt to Khârn the Betrayer, prevent that damage and an opponent of your choice gains control of it.

Benevolent Offering

Choose an opponent. You and that player each create three 1/1 white Spirit creature tokens with flying.
Choose an opponent. You gain 2 life for each creature you control and that player gains 2 life for each creature they control.

Grove of the Burnwillows

{T}: Add {C}.
{T}: Add {R} or {G}. Each opponent gains 1 life.

Erhnam Djinn

At the beginning of your upkeep, target non-Wall creature an opponent controls gains forestwalk until your next upkeep. (It can't be blocked as long as defending player controls a Forest.)

Fiery Justice

Fiery Justice deals 5 damage divided as you choose among any number of targets. Target opponent gains 5 life.

Avarice Amulet

Equipped creature gets +2/+0 and has vigilance and "At the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card."
Whenever equipped creature dies, target opponent gains control of Avarice Amulet.
Equip {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)

Glaring Spotlight

Creatures your opponents control with hexproof can be the targets of spells and abilities you control as though they didn't have hexproof.
{3}, Sacrifice Glaring Spotlight: Creatures you control gain hexproof until end of turn and can't be blocked this turn.

Wall of Shards

Cumulative upkeep—An opponent gains 1 life. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)

Invigorate

If you control a Forest, rather than pay this spell's mana cost, you may have an opponent gain 3 life.
Target creature gets +4/+4 until end of turn.

Hithlain Rope

Hithlain Rope can't be sacrificed.
{1}, {T}: Search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. The player to your right gains control of Hithlain Rope.
{2}, {T}: Draw a card. The player to your right gains control of Hithlain Rope.

Noble Heritage

Commander creatures you own have "When this creature enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. For each opponent who does, you gain protection from that player until your next turn." (You can't be targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)

Humble Defector

{T}: Draw two cards. Target opponent gains control of Humble Defector. Activate only during your turn.

Whenever an opponent searches their library, you gain 1 life and draw a card.

Ghirapur Orrery

Each player may play an additional land on each of their turns.

Each player may play an additional land on each of their turns.

Tempt with Discovery

Tempting offer — Search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Each opponent may search their library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. For each opponent who searches a library this way, search your library for a land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched a library this way shuffles.

Players don't lose unspent mana as steps and phases end.

Guff Rewrites History

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

Oblation

The owner of target nonland permanent shuffles it into their library, then draws two cards.

Plargg and Nassari

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.
