I — Each player gets three rad counters.
II — Create X 2/2 black Zombie Mutant creature tokens, where X is the total number of rad counters among players.
III — Put two +1/+1 counters on each creature you control that's a Zombie or Mutant.

Grave Titan

Deathtouch
Whenever Grave Titan enters the battlefield or attacks, create two 2/2 black Zombie creature tokens.

The Wise Mothman

Flying
Whenever The Wise Mothman enters the battlefield or attacks, each player gets a rad counter.
Whenever one or more nonland cards are milled, put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to X target creatures, where X is the number of nonland cards milled this way.

Glowing One

Deathtouch
Whenever Glowing One deals combat damage to a player, they get four rad counters.
Whenever a player mills a nonland card, you gain 1 life.

Screeching Scorchbeast

Flying, menace
Whenever Screeching Scorchbeast attacks, each player gets two rad counters.
Whenever one or more nonland cards are milled, you may create that many 2/2 black Zombie Mutant creature tokens. Do this only once each turn.

Sakashima of a Thousand Faces

You may have Sakashima of a Thousand Faces enter the battlefield as a copy of another creature you control, except it has Sakashima of a Thousand Faces's other abilities.
The "legend rule" doesn't apply to permanents you control.
Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner.)

Inexorable Tide

Whenever you cast a spell, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Psychic Corrosion

Whenever you draw a card, each opponent mills two cards.

Necromancy

You may cast Necromancy as though it had flash. If you cast it any time a sorcery couldn't have been cast, the controller of the permanent it becomes sacrifices it at the beginning of the next cleanup step.
When Necromancy enters the battlefield, if it's on the battlefield, it becomes an Aura with "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Necromancy." Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control and attach Necromancy to it. When Necromancy leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.

Defiler of Vigor

Trample
As an additional cost to cast green permanent spells, you may pay 2 life. Those spells cost {G} less to cast if you paid life this way. This effect reduces only the amount of green mana you pay.
Whenever you cast a green permanent spell, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control.

Guardian Project

Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, if it doesn't have the same name as another creature you control or a creature card in your graveyard, draw a card.

Muldrotha, the Gravetide

During each of your turns, you may play a land and cast a permanent spell of each permanent type from your graveyard. (If a card has multiple permanent types, choose one as you play it.)

Thrummingbird

Flying
Whenever Thrummingbird deals combat damage to a player, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Vexing Radgull

Flying
Whenever Vexing Radgull deals combat damage to a player, that player gets two rad counters if they don't have any rad counters. Otherwise, proliferate. (Choose any number of permanents and/or players, then give each another counter of each kind already there.)

Zellix, Sanity Flayer

Hive Mind — Whenever a player mills one or more creature cards, you create a 1/1 black Horror creature token.
{1}, {T}: Target player mills three cards.
Choose a Background (You can have a Background as a second commander.)

Incubation Druid

{T}: Add one mana of any type that a land you control could produce. If Incubation Druid has a +1/+1 counter on it, add three mana of that type instead.
{3}{G}{G}: Adapt 3. (If this creature has no +1/+1 counters on it, put three +1/+1 counters on it.)

Syr Konrad, the Grim

Whenever another creature dies, or a creature card is put into a graveyard from anywhere other than the battlefield, or a creature card leaves your graveyard, Syr Konrad, the Grim deals 1 damage to each opponent.
{1}{B}: Each player mills a card. (They each put the top card of their library into their graveyard.)

Struggle for Project Purity

As Struggle for Project Purity enters the battlefield, choose Brotherhood or Enclave.
• Brotherhood — At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent draws a card. You draw a card for each card drawn this way.
• Enclave — Whenever a player attacks you with one or more creatures, that player gets twice that many rad counters.

Alpha Deathclaw

Menace, trample
When Alpha Deathclaw enters the battlefield or becomes monstrous, destroy target permanent.
{5}{B}{G}: Monstrosity 4. (If this creature isn't monstrous, put four +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes monstrous.)

Mystic Remora

Cumulative upkeep {1} (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Whenever an opponent casts a noncreature spell, you may draw a card unless that player pays {4}.

Strong, the Brutish Thespian

Ward {2}
Enrage — Whenever Strong is dealt damage, you get three rad counters and put three +1/+1 counters on Strong.
You gain life rather than lose life from radiation.

Infesting Radroach

Flying
Infesting Radroach can't block.
Whenever Infesting Radroach deals combat damage to a player, they get that many rad counters.
Whenever an opponent mills a nonland card, if Infesting Radroach is in your graveyard, you may return it to your hand.

Syphon Mind

Each other player discards a card. You draw a card for each card discarded this way.

Animate Dead

Enchant creature card in a graveyard
When Animate Dead enters the battlefield, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Animate Dead." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Animate Dead to it. When Animate Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets -1/-0.

Master Biomancer

Each other creature you control enters the battlefield with a number of additional +1/+1 counters on it equal to Master Biomancer's power and as a Mutant in addition to its other types.

Feral Ghoul

Menace
Whenever another creature you control dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Feral Ghoul.
When Feral Ghoul dies, each opponent gets a number of rad counters equal to its power.

Bala Ged Recovery

Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.

Bala Ged Sanctuary

Bala Ged Sanctuary enters the battlefield tapped.

Honest Rutstein

When Honest Rutstein enters the battlefield, return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand.

Mindcrank

Whenever an opponent loses life, that player mills that many cards. (Damage causes loss of life.)

Altar of the Brood

Whenever another permanent enters the battlefield under your control, each opponent mills a card.

Smuggler's Surprise

Spree (Choose one or more additional costs.)
+ {2} — Mill four cards. You may put up to two creature and/or land cards from among the milled cards into your hand.
+ {4}{G} — You may put up to two creature cards from your hand onto the battlefield.
+ {1} — Creatures you control with power 4 or greater gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.

Kami of Whispered Hopes

If one or more +1/+1 counters would be put on a permanent you control, that many plus one +1/+1 counters are put on that permanent instead.
{T}: Add X mana of any one color, where X is Kami of Whispered Hopes's power.

Spark Double

You may have Spark Double enter the battlefield as a copy of a creature or planeswalker you control, except it enters with an additional +1/+1 counter on it if it's a creature, it enters with an additional loyalty counter on it if it's a planeswalker, and it isn't legendary.

Phyrexian Arena

At the beginning of your upkeep, you draw a card and you lose 1 life.

Massacre Wurm

When Massacre Wurm enters the battlefield, creatures your opponents control get -2/-2 until end of turn.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, that player loses 2 life.

Toxic Deluge

As an additional cost to cast this spell, pay X life.
All creatures get -X/-X until end of turn.

Nuclear Fallout

Each creature gets twice -X/-X until end of turn. Each player gets X rad counters.

Zoological Study

Mill five cards, then return a creature card milled this way to your hand. (Then exile this card. You may cast the artifact later from exile.)

Twilight Prophet

At the beginning of your upkeep, if you have the city's blessing, reveal the top card of your library and put it into your hand. Each opponent loses X life and you gain X life, where X is that card's mana value.

Rise of the Dark Realms

Put all creature cards from all graveyards onto the battlefield under your control.

Spellskite

{U/P}: Change a target of target spell or ability to Spellskite. ({U/P} can be paid with either {U} or 2 life.)

Marcus, Mutant Mayor

Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, draw a card if that creature has a +1/+1 counter on it. If it doesn't, put a +1/+1 counter on it.

Bloatfly Swarm

Flying
Bloatfly Swarm enters the battlefield with five +1/+1 counters on it.
If damage would be dealt to Bloatfly Swarm while it has a +1/+1 counter on it, prevent that damage, remove that many +1/+1 counters from it, then give each player a rad counter for each +1/+1 counter removed this way.

Vaultborn Tyrant

Whenever Vaultborn Tyrant or another creature with power 4 or greater enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 3 life and draw a card.
When Vaultborn Tyrant dies, if it's not a token, create a token that's a copy of it, except it's an artifact in addition to its other types.

Goldvein Hydra

Vigilance, trample, haste
Goldvein Hydra enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters on it.
When Goldvein Hydra dies, create a number of tapped Treasure tokens equal to its power.

Baleful Strix

Flying, deathtouch
When Baleful Strix enters the battlefield, draw a card.

From the Catacombs

Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control with a corpse counter on it. If that creature would leave the battlefield, exile it instead of putting it anywhere else.
You take the initiative.
Escape—{3}{B}{B}, Exile five other cards from your graveyard. (You may cast this card from your graveyard for its escape cost.)

Arcane Denial

Counter target spell. Its controller may draw up to two cards at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
You draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.

Fiend Artisan

Fiend Artisan gets +1/+1 for each creature card in your graveyard.
{X}{B/G}, {T}, Sacrifice another creature: Search your library for a creature card with mana value X or less, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle. Activate only as a sorcery.

Insatiable Avarice

Spree (Choose one or more additional costs.)
+ {2} — Search your library for a card, then shuffle and put that card on top.
+ {B}{B} — Target player draws three cards and loses 3 life.

Reanimate

Put target creature card from a graveyard onto the battlefield under your control. You lose life equal to its mana value.

The Master, Transcendent

When The Master, Transcendent enters the battlefield, target player gets two rad counters.
{T}: Put target creature card in a graveyard that was milled this turn onto the battlefield under your control. It's a green Mutant with base power and toughness 3/3. (It loses its other colors and creature types.)
