Assassins, Mercenaries, and Rogues you control have deathtouch and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a hit counter from a card that player owns in exile. If you do, draw a card and create two Treasure tokens."

Whenever Robber of the Rich attacks, if defending player has more cards in hand than you, exile the top card of their library. During any turn you attacked with a Rogue, you may cast that card and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.

Each other Rogue creature you control enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it.
Whenever a creature you control with a +1/+1 counter on it deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card.

Marsh Flitter

When Marsh Flitter enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 black Goblin Rogue creature tokens.
Sacrifice a Goblin: Marsh Flitter has base power and toughness 3/3 until end of turn.

Misfortune Teller

Whenever Misfortune Teller enters the battlefield or deals combat damage to a player, exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a creature card, create a 2/2 black Rogue creature token. If it was a land card, create a Treasure token. Otherwise, you gain 3 life.

Tegwyll's Scouring

You may cast Tegwyll's Scouring as though it had flash by tapping three untapped creatures you control with flying in addition to paying its other costs.
Destroy all creatures. Create three 1/1 black Faerie Rogue creature tokens with flying.

Thieves' Guild Enforcer

Whenever Thieves' Guild Enforcer or another Rogue enters the battlefield under your control, each opponent mills two cards.
As long as an opponent has eight or more cards in their graveyard, Thieves' Guild Enforcer gets +2/+1 and has deathtouch.

Waste Management

Exile up to two target cards from a single graveyard. If this spell was kicked, instead exile target player's graveyard. Create a 2/2 black Rogue creature token for each creature card exiled this way.

Warren Weirding

Target player sacrifices a creature. If a Goblin is sacrificed this way, that player creates two 1/1 black Goblin Rogue creature tokens, and those tokens gain haste until end of turn.

Breeches, Brazen Plunderer

Whenever one or more Pirates you control deal damage to your opponents, exile the top card of each of those opponents' libraries. You may play those cards this turn, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast those spells.

Whenever Coercive Recruiter or another Pirate enters the battlefield under your control, gain control of target creature until end of turn. Untap that creature. Until end of turn, it gains haste and becomes a Pirate in addition to its other types.

Gemcutter Buccaneer

Whenever Gemcutter Buccaneer or another Pirate enters the battlefield under your control, create a tapped Treasure token.
Treasures you control are Equipment in addition to their other types and have "Equipped creature gets +2/+0," equip Pirate {1}, and equip {3}.

Stinkdrinker Bandit

Prowl {1}{B} (You may cast this for its prowl cost if you dealt combat damage to a player this turn with a Goblin or Rogue.)
Whenever a Rogue you control attacks and isn't blocked, it gets +2/+1 until end of turn.

Black Market Connections

At the beginning of your precombat main phase, choose one or more —
• Sell Contraband — Create a Treasure token. You lose 1 life.
• Buy Information — Draw a card. You lose 2 life.
• Hire a Mercenary — Create a 3/2 colorless Shapeshifter creature token with changeling. You lose 3 life. (It has every creature type.)

Laughing Jasper Flint

Creatures you control but don't own are Mercenaries in addition to their other types.
At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top X cards of target opponent's library, where X is the number of outlaws you control. Until end of turn, you may cast spells from among those cards, and mana of any type can be spent to cast those spells.
