Put that card into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Whenever a land with a mine counter on it becomes tapped, destroy it.
When Mine Layer leaves the battlefield, remove all mine counters from all lands.

Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician

Whenever another Goblin you control becomes blocked, sacrifice it. If you do, it deals 4 damage to each creature blocking it.
