Melek, Reforged Researcher's power and toughness are each equal to twice the number of instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard.
The first instant or sorcery spell you cast each turn costs {3} less to cast.

Behold the Multiverse

Scry 2, then draw two cards.
Foretell {1}{U} (During your turn, you may pay {2} and exile this card from your hand face down. Cast it on a later turn for its foretell cost.)

Big Score

As an additional cost to cast this spell, discard a card.

During your turn, this spell costs {2}{U}{U} less to cast.
End the turn. (Exile all spells and abilities from the stack, including this card. The player whose turn it is discards down to their maximum hand size. Damage wears off, and "this turn" and "until end of turn" effects end.)

Gale's Redirection

Exile target spell, then roll a d20 and add that spell's mana value.
1—14 | You may cast the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell.
15+ | You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost for as long as it remains exiled.

Elminster's Simulacrum

For each opponent, you create a token that's a copy of up to one target creature that player controls.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Bolt Bend

This spell costs {3} less to cast if you control a creature with power 4 or greater.
Change the target of target spell or ability with a single target.

Domineering Will

Target player gains control of up to three target nonattacking creatures until end of turn. Untap those creatures. They block this turn if able.

Glimmer of Genius

Scry 2, then draw two cards. You get {E}{E} (two energy counters).

Ray of Command

Untap target creature an opponent controls and gain control of it until end of turn. That creature gains haste until end of turn. When you lose control of the creature, tap it.

Aetherspouts

For each attacking creature, its owner puts it on their choice of the top or bottom of their library.

Access Denied

Counter target spell. Create X 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature tokens with flying, where X is that spell's mana value.

({R/P} can be paid with either {R} or 2 life.)

Desertion

Counter target spell. If an artifact or creature spell is countered this way, put that card onto the battlefield under your control instead of into its owner's graveyard.
