Whenever a player draws their second card each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library.
During each player's turn, that player may cast a spell from among the cards they don't own exiled with Ian Malcolm, Chaotician, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.

You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put all revealed cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Guild Feud

At the beginning of your upkeep, target opponent reveals the top three cards of their library, may put a creature card from among them onto the battlefield, then puts the rest into their graveyard.
