Whenever a Horror you control deals combat damage to a player, that player mills that many cards.
At the beginning of your end step, choose target artifact or creature card in an opponent's graveyard that was put there from their library this turn. Put it onto the battlefield under your control.

Dreamborn Muse

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player mills X cards, where X is the number of cards in their hand.

Fleet Swallower

Whenever Fleet Swallower attacks, target player mills half their library, rounded up.

Lazav, Dimir Mastermind

Gríma, Saruman's Footman

Gríma, Saruman's Footman can't be blocked.
Whenever Gríma deals combat damage to a player, that player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile an instant or sorcery card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then that player puts the exiled cards that weren't cast this way on the bottom of their library in a random order.

The Ancient One

Descend 8 — The Ancient One can't attack or block unless there are eight or more permanent cards in your graveyard.
{2}{U}{B}: Draw a card, then discard a card. When you discard a card this way, target player mills cards equal to its mana value.

Thief of Sanity

Flying
Whenever Thief of Sanity deals combat damage to a player, look at the top three cards of that player's library, exile one of them face down, then put the rest into their graveyard. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast that spell.

Halo Forager

When Halo Forager enters, you may pay {X}. When you do, you may cast target instant or sorcery card with mana value X from a graveyard without paying its mana cost. If that spell would be put into a graveyard, exile it instead.

Manic Scribe

When Manic Scribe enters, each opponent mills three cards.
Delirium — At the beginning of each opponent's upkeep, if there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, that player mills three cards.

Nemesis of Reason

Whenever Nemesis of Reason attacks, defending player mills ten cards.
