Rite of the Raging Storm

Creatures named Lightning Rager can't attack you or planeswalkers you control.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player creates a 5/1 red Elemental creature token named Lightning Rager. It has trample, haste, and "At the beginning of the end step, sacrifice this creature."

Quietus Spike

Equipped creature has deathtouch.
Whenever equipped creature deals combat damage to a player, that player loses half their life, rounded up.

Witch's Mist

{2}{B}, {T}: Destroy target creature that was dealt damage this turn.

Patriar's Seal

{T}: Add one mana of any color.
{1}, {T}: Untap target legendary creature you control.

Battlemage's Bracers

Equipped creature has haste.
Whenever an ability of equipped creature is activated, if it isn't a mana ability, you may pay {1}. If you do, copy that ability. You may choose new targets for the copy.

General's Enforcer

Legendary Humans you control have indestructible.
{2}{W}{B}: Exile target card from a graveyard. If it was a creature card, create a 1/1 white Human Soldier creature token.

Rakdos Ickspitter

{T}: Rakdos Ickspitter deals 1 damage to target creature and that creature's controller loses 1 life.

Assault Intercessor

First strike, menace
Chainsword — Whenever a creature an opponent controls dies, that player loses 2 life.

Deathbringer Thoctar

Whenever another creature dies, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Deathbringer Thoctar.
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Deathbringer Thoctar: It deals 1 damage to any target.

Harvester of Souls

Deathtouch
Whenever another nontoken creature dies, you may draw a card.

Blood Cultist

{T}: Blood Cultist deals 1 damage to target creature.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Blood Cultist this turn dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Blood Cultist.

Vulshok Sorcerer

Haste
{T}: Vulshok Sorcerer deals 1 damage to any target.

Zagras, Thief of Heartbeats

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature in your party.
Flying, deathtouch, haste
Other creatures you control have deathtouch.
Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a planeswalker, destroy that planeswalker.

Assemble the Legion

At the beginning of your upkeep, put a muster counter on Assemble the Legion. Then create a 1/1 red and white Soldier creature token with haste for each muster counter on Assemble the Legion.

Gift of Doom

Enchant creature
Enchanted creature has deathtouch and indestructible.
Morph—Sacrifice another creature. (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
As Gift of Doom is turned face up, you may attach it to a creature.

Fighter Class

(Gain the next level as a sorcery to add its ability.)
When Fighter Class enters the battlefield, search your library for an Equipment card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Equip abilities you activate cost {2} less to activate.

Whenever a creature you control attacks, up to one target creature blocks it this combat if able.

Stroke of Midnight

Destroy target nonland permanent. Its controller creates a 1/1 white Human creature token.

Scry 2, then draw two cards. You lose 2 life.

Offer Immortality

Target creature gains deathtouch and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Boros Charm

Choose one —
• Boros Charm deals 4 damage to target player or planeswalker.
• Permanents you control gain indestructible until end of turn.
• Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.

Mythos of Snapdax

Each player chooses an artifact, a creature, an enchantment, and a planeswalker from among the nonland permanents they control, then sacrifices the rest. If {B}{R} was spent to cast this spell, you choose the permanents for each player instead.

Painful Truths

Converge — You draw X cards and you lose X life, where X is the number of colors of mana spent to cast this spell.

Glaring Spotlight

Creatures your opponents control with hexproof can be the targets of spells and abilities you control as though they didn't have hexproof.
{3}, Sacrifice Glaring Spotlight: Creatures you control gain hexproof until end of turn and can't be blocked this turn.

Dire Tactics

Exile target creature. If you don't control a Human, you lose life equal to that creature's toughness.

Swords to Plowshares

Exile target creature. Its controller gains life equal to its power.

Unfinished Business

Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield, then return up to two target Aura and/or Equipment cards from your graveyard to the battlefield attached to that creature. (If the Auras can't enchant that creature, they remain in your graveyard.)

Call of the Death-Dweller

Return up to two target creature cards with total mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield. Put a deathtouch counter on either of them. Then put a menace counter on either of them.

Ruinous Ultimatum

Destroy all nonland permanents your opponents control.

Affinity for Equipment (This spell costs {1} less to cast for each Equipment you control.)
Create five 2/2 red Rebel creature tokens. They gain haste until end of turn. For each of those tokens, you may attach an Equipment you control to it.

Descent into Avernus

At the beginning of your upkeep, put two descent counters on Descent into Avernus. Then each player creates X Treasure tokens and Descent into Avernus deals X damage to each player, where X is the number of descent counters on Descent into Avernus.

Outlaws' Merriment

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one at random. Create a red and white creature token with those characteristics.
• 3/1 Human Warrior with trample and haste.
• 2/1 Human Cleric with lifelink and haste.
• 1/2 Human Rogue with haste and "When this creature enters the battlefield, it deals 1 damage to any target."

Spiteful Banditry

When Spiteful Banditry enters the battlefield, it deals X damage to each creature.
Whenever one or more creatures your opponents control die, you create a Treasure token. This ability triggers only once each turn.

Flick a Coin

Flick a Coin deals 1 damage to any target. You create a Treasure token. (It's an artifact with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")
Draw a card.

Scampering Surveyor

When Scampering Surveyor enters the battlefield, search your library for a basic land card or Cave card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Damn

Destroy target creature. A creature destroyed this way can't be regenerated.
Overload {2}{W}{W} (You may cast this spell for its overload cost. If you do, change "target" in its text to "each.")

Solemn Simulacrum

When Solemn Simulacrum enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a basic land card, put that card onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.
When Solemn Simulacrum dies, you may draw a card.

Animate Dead

When Animate Dead enters the battlefield, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Animate Dead." Return enchanted creature card to the battlefield under your control and attach Animate Dead to it. When Animate Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets -1/-0.

At the beginning of your upkeep, enchanted creature's controller sacrifices it and you create a 1/1 colorless Phyrexian Myr artifact creature token.

{2}{W}{B}, {T}: Creatures you control gain deathtouch and lifelink until end of turn.

Evolving Wilds

{T}, Sacrifice Evolving Wilds: Search your library for a basic land card, put it onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle.

Arcane Lighthouse

D'Avenant Archer

{T}: D'Avenant Archer deals 1 damage to target attacking or blocking creature.

Minthara, Merciless Soul

Ward {X}, where X is the number of experience counters you have.
At the beginning of your end step, if a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn, you get an experience counter.
Creatures you control get +1/+0 for each experience counter you have.

Otharri, Suns' Glory

Flying, lifelink, haste
Whenever Otharri, Suns' Glory attacks, you get an experience counter. Then create a 2/2 red Rebel creature token that's tapped and attacking for each experience counter you have.
{2}{R}{W}, Tap an untapped Rebel you control: Return Otharri from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.

Daxos the Returned

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, you get an experience counter.
{1}{W}{B}: Create a white and black Spirit enchantment creature token. It has "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of experience counters you have."

Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas

Double strike, vigilance
Whenever you cast a creature spell with mana value 5 or greater, you get an experience counter.
Kalemne, Disciple of Iroas gets +1/+1 for each experience counter you have.

Kelsien, the Plague

Vigilance, haste
Kelsien, the Plague gets +1/+1 for each experience counter you have.
{T}: Kelsien deals 1 damage to target creature you don't control. When that creature dies this turn, you get an experience counter.

Bounty Hunter

{T}: Put a bounty counter on target nonblack creature.
{T}: Destroy target creature with a bounty counter on it.

Tor Wauki the Younger

Reach, lifelink
If another source you control would deal noncombat damage to a permanent or player, it deals that much damage plus 1 to that permanent or player instead.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, Tor Wauki the Younger deals 2 damage to any target.

Stun Sniper

{1}, {T}: Stun Sniper deals 1 damage to target creature. Tap that creature.

{T}: Put a bounty counter on target creature or planeswalker. Activate only as a sorcery.
Whenever a creature or planeswalker an opponent controls with a bounty counter on it is dealt damage, destroy it.

Equipped creature has deathtouch and lifelink.

Whenever another artifact or creature you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, put an oil counter on Vat of Rebirth.
