River Song

Meet in Reverse — You draw cards from the bottom of your library rather than the top.
Spoilers — Whenever an opponent scries, surveils, or searches their library, put a +1/+1 counter on River Song. Then River Song deals damage to that player equal to its power.

Neera, Wild Mage

Whenever you cast a spell, you may put it on the bottom of its owner's library. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a nonland card. You may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then put all revealed cards not cast this way on the bottom of your library in a random order. This ability triggers only once each turn.

From the Ashes

Destroy all nonbasic lands. For each land destroyed this way, its controller may search their library for a basic land card and put it onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched their library this way shuffles.

Impulse

Look at the top four cards of your library. Put one of them into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

When Hired Giant enters the battlefield, each other player may search their library for a land card and put that card onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched their library this way shuffles.
