When Basri's Lieutenant enters, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control.
Whenever Basri's Lieutenant or another creature you control dies, if it had a +1/+1 counter on it, create a 2/2 white Knight creature token with vigilance.

Noble Heritage

Commander creatures you own have "When this creature enters and at the beginning of your upkeep, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. For each opponent who does, you gain protection from that player until your next turn." (You can't be targeted, dealt damage, or enchanted by anything controlled by that player.)

Orzhov Advokist

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player may put two +1/+1 counters on a creature they control. If a player does, creatures that player controls can't attack you or planeswalkers you control until your next turn.

Master of Ceremonies

At the beginning of your upkeep, each opponent chooses money, friends, or secrets. For each player who chose money, you and that player each create a Treasure token. Scholar of New Horizons

Scholar of New Horizons enters with a +1/+1 counter on it.
{T}, Remove a counter from a permanent you control: Search your library for a Plains card and reveal it. If an opponent controls more lands than you, you may put that card onto the battlefield tapped. If you don't put the card onto the battlefield, put it into your hand. Then shuffle.

Regna's Sanction

For each player, choose friend or foe. Each friend puts a +1/+1 counter on each creature they control. Each foe chooses one untapped creature they control, then taps the rest.

Scholarship Sponsor

When Scholarship Sponsor enters, each player who controls fewer lands than the player who controls the most lands searches their library for a number of basic land cards less than or equal to the difference, puts those cards onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffles.

Secret Rendezvous

You and target opponent each draw three cards.

Damning Verdict

Destroy all creatures with no counters on them.

Cut a Deal

Jailbreak

Return target permanent card in an opponent's graveyard to the battlefield under their control. When that permanent enters, return up to one target permanent card with equal or lesser mana value from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Promise of Loyalty

Each player puts a vow counter on a creature they control and sacrifices the rest. Each of those creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control for as long as it has a vow counter on it.

When Teyo, Geometric Tactician enters, create a 0/4 white Wall creature token with defender and flying.

−2: Choose left or right. Until your next turn, each player may attack only the nearest opponent in the last chosen direction and planeswalkers controlled by that opponent.

Pendant of Prosperity enters under the control of an opponent of your choice.
{2}, {T}: Draw a card, then you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. Pendant of Prosperity's owner draws a card, then that player may put a land card from their hand onto the battlefield.

Fateful Absence

Destroy target creature or planeswalker. Its controller investigates. (Create a Clue token. It's an artifact with "{2}, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.")

Martyr's Bond

Whenever Martyr's Bond or another nonland permanent you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, each opponent sacrifices a permanent that shares a card type with it.

Together Forever

When Together Forever enters, support 2. (Put a +1/+1 counter on each of up to two target creatures.)
{1}: Choose target creature with a counter on it. When that creature dies this turn, return that card to its owner's hand.
