Guff Rewrites History

For each player, choose target nonenchantment, nonland permanent that player controls. Those permanents' owners shuffle them into their libraries. Each player who controlled one of those permanents exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card, then puts the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order. Each player may cast the nonland card they exiled without paying its mana cost.

Rose Tyler

Rose Tyler gets +1/+1 for each time counter on it.
Bad Wolf — Whenever Rose Tyler attacks, put a time counter on it for each suspended card you own and each other permanent you control with a time counter on it.
Doctor's companion (You can have two commanders if the other is the Doctor.)

The War Doctor

Whenever one or more other permanents phase out and whenever one or more other cards are put into exile from anywhere, put a time counter on The War Doctor.
Whenever The War Doctor attacks, it deals damage equal to the number of time counters on it to any target. If a creature dealt damage this way would die this turn, exile it instead.

Arc Blade

Arc Blade deals 2 damage to any target. Exile Arc Blade with three time counters on it.

Epochrasite

Epochrasite enters with three +1/+1 counters on it if you didn't cast it from your hand.
When Epochrasite dies, exile it with three time counters on it and it gains suspend. (At the beginning of its owner's upkeep, they remove a time counter. When the last is removed, they may cast this card without paying its mana cost. It has haste.)

Rousing Refrain

Add {R} for each card in target opponent's hand. Until end of turn, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end. Exile Rousing Refrain with three time counters on it.

Mox Tantalite

Suspend 3—{0} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {0} and exile it with three time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)

Crack in Time

When Shivan Sand-Mage enters, choose one —
• Remove two time counters from target permanent or suspended card.
• Put two time counters on target permanent with a time counter on it or suspended card.
Suspend 4—{R}

The Wedding of River Song

Draw two cards, then you may exile a nonland card from your hand with a number of time counters on it equal to its mana value. Then target opponent does the same. Cards exiled this way that don't have suspend gain suspend.
Time travel. (For each suspended card you own and each permanent you control with a time counter on it, you may add or remove a time counter.)

The Parting of the Ways

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I — Exile the top five cards of your library. For each nonland card exiled this way, put a number of time counters on that card equal to its mana value. If it doesn't have suspend, it gains suspend.
II — Time travel, then time travel.
III — For each opponent, destroy up to one target artifact that player controls.

Wilfred Mott

Look to the Stars — At the beginning of your upkeep, put a time counter on Wilfred Mott. Then look at the top X cards of your library, where X is the number of time counters on Wilfred Mott. You may put a nonland permanent card with mana value 3 or less from among them onto the battlefield. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in a random order.

Wheel of Fate

Suspend 4—{1}{R} (Rather than cast this card from your hand, pay {1}{R} and exile it with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter. When the last is removed, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.)
Each player discards their hand, then draws seven cards.

Four Knocks

Vanishing 4 (This enchantment enters with four time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.)

Laelia, the Blade Reforged

Share the Spoils

When Share the Spoils enters and whenever an opponent loses the game, exile the top card of each player's library.
During each player's turn, that player may play a land or cast a spell from among cards exiled with Share the Spoils, and they may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast that spell. When they do, exile the top card of their library.

Professional Face-Breaker

Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, create a Treasure token.
Sacrifice a Treasure: Exile the top card of your library. You may play that card this turn.

Commander's Sphere

{T}: Add one mana of any color in your commander's color identity.

When Prosperous Partnership enters, create two 1/1 green and white Citizen creature tokens.
Tap three untapped creatures you control: Create a Treasure token.

Resourceful Defense

Whenever a permanent you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on target permanent you control.
{4}{W}: Move any number of counters from target permanent you control to another target permanent you control.

Pia Nalaar, Consul of Revival

Thopters you control have haste.
Whenever you play a land from exile or cast a spell from exile, create a 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token with flying.

The Ozolith

Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if it had counters on it, put those counters on The Ozolith.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if The Ozolith has counters on it, you may move all counters from The Ozolith onto target creature.

Jenny, Generated Anomaly

Double strike
Whenever Jenny deals combat damage to a player, it explores. (Reveal the top card of your library. Put that card into your hand if it's a land. Otherwise, put a +1/+1 counter on this creature, then put the card back or put it into your graveyard.)

Guild Artisan

Commander creatures you own have "Whenever this creature attacks a player, if no opponent has more life than that player, you create two Treasure tokens." (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Shadowspear

Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has trample and lifelink.
{1}: Permanents your opponents control lose hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.

Tavern Brawler

Commander creatures you own have "At the beginning of your upkeep, exile the top card of your library. This creature gets +X/+0 until end of turn, where X is that card's mana value. You may play that card this turn."

Commander's Insignia

Creatures you control get +1/+1 for each time you've cast your commander from the command zone this game.

Benalish Commander

Benalish Commander's power and toughness are each equal to the number of Soldiers you control.
Suspend X—{X}{W}{W}. X can't be 0.
Whenever a time counter is removed from Benalish Commander while it's exiled, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token.

The Girl in the Fireplace

(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I — Create a 1/1 white Human Noble creature token with vanishing 3 and "Prevent all damage that would be dealt to this creature."
II — Create a 2/2 white Horse creature token with "Doctors you control have horsemanship." (They can't be blocked except by creatures with horsemanship.)
III — Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player this turn, time travel.

Ryan Sinclair

Whenever Ryan attacks, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card. You may cast the exiled card without paying its mana cost if it's a spell with mana value less than or equal to Ryan's power. As Cursed Mirror enters, you may have it become a copy of any creature on the battlefield until end of turn, except it has haste.

Invasion of Gobakhan

(As a Siege enters, choose an opponent to protect it. You and others can attack it. When it's defeated, exile it, then cast it transformed.)
When Invasion of Gobakhan enters, look at target opponent's hand. You may exile a nonland card from it. For as long as that card remains exiled, its owner may play it. A spell cast this way costs {2} more to cast.

Lightshield Array

At the beginning of your end step, put a +1/+1 counter on each creature that attacked this turn.
Sacrifice Lightshield Array: Creatures you control gain hexproof and indestructible until end of turn.

Tibalt's Trickery

Counter target spell. Choose 1, 2, or 3 at random. Its controller mills that many cards, then exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card with a different name than that spell. They may cast that card without paying its mana cost. Then they put the exiled cards on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Archaeomancer's Map

When Archaeomancer's Map enters, search your library for up to two basic Plains cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle.
Whenever a land an opponent controls enters, if that player controls more lands than you, you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield.

The Pandorica

You may choose not to untap The Pandorica during your untap step.
{1}{W}, {T}: Untap another target nonland permanent, then it phases out. It can't phase in for as long as The Pandorica remains tapped. When The Pandorica becomes untapped or leaves the battlefield, that permanent phases in. Activate only as a sorcery.

Swords to Plowshares

Exile target creature. Its controller gains life equal to its power.

Excise the Imperfect

Exile target nonland permanent. Its controller incubates X, where X is its mana value. (They create an Incubator token with X +1/+1 counters on it and "{2}: Transform this artifact." It transforms into a 0/0 Phyrexian artifact creature.)

Psychic Paper

As Psychic Paper becomes attached to a creature, choose a creature card name and a creature type.
Equipped creature has ward {1}, it can't be blocked, and its name and creature type are the last chosen name and creature type.

Veteran Soldier

Commander creatures you own have "Whenever this creature attacks a player, if no opponent has more life than that player, for each opponent, create a 1/1 white Soldier creature token that's tapped and attacking that opponent."

When Rest in Peace enters, exile all graveyards.
If a card or token would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

Plargg and Nassari

At the beginning of your upkeep, each player exiles cards from the top of their library until they exile a nonland card. An opponent chooses a nonland card exiled this way. You may cast up to two spells from among the other cards exiled this way without paying their mana costs.

I, II, III — Exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a legendary card. You may play that card for as long as The Day of the Doctor remains on the battlefield. Put the rest of those exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order.
IV — Choose up to three Doctors. You may exile all other creatures. If you do, The Day of the Doctor deals 13 damage to you.

Kayla's Music Box

{W}, {T}: Look at the top card of your library, then exile it face down. (You may look at it any time.)
{T}: Until end of turn, you may play cards you own exiled with Kayla's Music Box.
