(As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)
I, II — Choose target nontoken creature you control that doesn't have the same name as a token you control. Create a token that's a copy of it, except it isn't legendary, is a Reflection in addition to its other types, and has haste.
III — Sacrifice all Reflections you control.

Chance Encounter

Whenever you win a coin flip, put a luck counter on Chance Encounter.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Chance Encounter has ten or more luck counters on it, you win the game.

Okaun, Eye of Chaos

Partner with Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom (When this creature enters, target player may put Zndrsplt into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
At the beginning of combat on your turn, flip a coin until you lose a flip.
Whenever a player wins a coin flip, double Okaun's power and toughness until end of turn.

Fiery Gambit

Flip a coin until you lose a flip or choose to stop flipping. If you lose a flip, Fiery Gambit has no effect. If you win one or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 3 damage to target creature. If you win two or more flips, Fiery Gambit deals 6 damage to each opponent. If you win three or more flips, draw nine cards and untap all lands you control.

Zndrsplt, Eye of Wisdom

Partner with Okaun, Eye of Chaos (When this creature enters, target player may put Okaun into their hand from their library, then shuffle.)
At the beginning of combat on your turn, flip a coin until you lose a flip.
Whenever a player wins a coin flip, draw a card.

Mutalith Vortex Beast

Trample
Warp Vortex — When Mutalith Vortex Beast enters, flip a coin for each opponent you have. For each flip you win, draw a card. For each flip you lose, Mutalith Vortex Beast deals 3 damage to that player.

Planar Chaos

At the beginning of your upkeep, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Planar Chaos.
Whenever a player casts a spell, that player flips a coin. If they lose the flip, counter that spell.

Karplusan Minotaur

Cumulative upkeep—Flip a coin. (At the beginning of your upkeep, put an age counter on this permanent, then sacrifice it unless you pay its upkeep cost for each age counter on it.)
Whenever you win a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target.
Whenever you lose a coin flip, Karplusan Minotaur deals 1 damage to any target of an opponent's choice.

Chaos Warp

The owner of target permanent shuffles it into their library, then reveals the top card of their library. If it's a permanent card, they put it onto the battlefield.

Tavern Scoundrel

Whenever you win a coin flip, create two Treasure tokens. (They're artifacts with "{T}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color.")

Squee's Revenge

Choose a number. Flip a coin that many times or until you lose a flip, whichever comes first. If you win all the flips, draw two cards for each flip.

Stitch in Time

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, take an extra turn after this one.

Krark, the Thumbless

Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, return that spell to its owner's hand. If you win the flip, copy that spell, and you may choose new targets for the copy.

Tribute Mage

When Tribute Mage enters, you may search your library for an artifact card with mana value 2, reveal that card, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Mirror March

Whenever a nontoken creature you control enters, flip a coin until you lose a flip. For each flip you won, create a token that's a copy of that creature. Those tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning of the next end step.

Mogg Assassin

{T}: You choose target creature an opponent controls, and that opponent chooses target creature. Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy the creature you chose. If you lose the flip, destroy the creature your opponent chose.

Krark's Thumb

If you would flip a coin, instead flip two coins and ignore one.

Goblin Archaeologist

{R}, {T}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy target artifact and untap Goblin Archaeologist. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Goblin Archaeologist.

Search your library for an artifact card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.

Ral Zarek

+1: Tap target permanent, then untap another target permanent.
−2: Ral Zarek deals 3 damage to any target.
−7: Flip five coins. Take an extra turn after this one for each coin that comes up heads.

Goblin Kaboomist

At the beginning of your upkeep, create a colorless artifact token named Land Mine with "{R}, Sacrifice this artifact: This artifact deals 2 damage to target attacking creature without flying." Then flip a coin. If you lose the flip, Goblin Kaboomist deals 2 damage to itself.

Muddle the Mixture

Counter target instant or sorcery spell.
Transmute {1}{U}{U} ({1}{U}{U}, Discard this card: Search your library for a card with the same mana value as this card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle. Transmute only as a sorcery.)

Goblin Engineer

When Goblin Engineer enters, you may search your library for an artifact card, put it into your graveyard, then shuffle.
{R}, {T}, Sacrifice an artifact: Return target artifact card with mana value 3 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield.

Goblin Traprunner

Whenever Goblin Traprunner attacks, flip three coins. For each flip you win, create a 1/1 red Goblin creature token that's tapped and attacking.

Frenetic Efreet

Flying
{0}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, Frenetic Efreet phases out. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Frenetic Efreet. (While it's phased out, it's treated as though it doesn't exist. It phases in before you untap during your next untap step.)

Frenetic Sliver

All Slivers have "{0}: If this permanent is on the battlefield, flip a coin. If you win the flip, exile this permanent and return it to the battlefield under its owner's control at the beginning of the next end step. If you lose the flip, sacrifice it."

Skyclaw Thrash

Whenever Skyclaw Thrash attacks, flip a coin. If you win the flip, Skyclaw Thrash gets +1/+1 and gains flying until end of turn.

Chaotic Goo

Chaotic Goo enters with three +1/+1 counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may flip a coin. If you win the flip, put a +1/+1 counter on Chaotic Goo. If you lose the flip, remove a +1/+1 counter from Chaotic Goo.

Volatile Rig

Trample
Volatile Rig attacks each combat if able.
Whenever Volatile Rig is dealt damage, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, sacrifice Volatile Rig.
When Volatile Rig dies, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, it deals 4 damage to each creature and each player.

Puppet's Verdict

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, destroy all creatures with power 2 or less. If you lose the flip, destroy all creatures with power 3 or greater.

Goblin Bangchuckers

{T}: Flip a coin. If you win the flip, Goblin Bangchuckers deals 2 damage to any target. If you lose the flip, Goblin Bangchuckers deals 2 damage to itself.

Temur Battle Rage

Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.
Ferocious — That creature also gains trample until end of turn if you control a creature with power 4 or greater.

Shadow Rift

Target creature gains shadow until end of turn. (It can block or be blocked by only creatures with shadow.)
Draw a card.

Fling

As an additional cost to cast this spell, sacrifice a creature.
Fling deals damage equal to the sacrificed creature's power to any target.

Fighting Chance

For each blocking creature, flip a coin. If you win the flip, prevent all combat damage that would be dealt by that creature this turn.

Arcane Denial

Counter target spell. Its controller may draw up to two cards at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.
You draw a card at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep.

Negate

Soul's Fire

Target creature you control deals damage equal to its power to any target.

Blasphemous Act

This spell costs {1} less to cast for each creature on the battlefield.
Blasphemous Act deals 13 damage to each creature.

Game of Chaos

Flip a coin. If you win the flip, you gain 1 life and target opponent loses 1 life, and you decide whether to flip again. If you lose the flip, you lose 1 life and that opponent gains 1 life, and that player decides whether to flip again. Double the life stakes with each flip.

Irenicus's Vile Duplication

Create a token that's a copy of target creature you control, except the token has flying and it isn't legendary.
