I — Create a 3/3 green Beast creature token.
II — You may sacrifice a creature. If you do, search your library for a creature or basic land card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle.
III — Up to two target creatures each get +2/+2 and gain trample until end of turn.

Whenever one or more creatures you control deal combat damage to a player, tap all lands that player controls and untap all lands you control.

Whenever enchanted Forest is tapped for mana, its controller adds an additional one mana of the chosen color.

Land Tax

At the beginning of your upkeep, if an opponent controls more lands than you, you may search your library for up to three basic land cards, reveal them, put them into your hand, then shuffle.
