Opposition Agent

You control your opponents while they're searching their libraries.
While an opponent is searching their library, they exile each card they find. You may play those cards for as long as they remain exiled, and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast them.

Nettling Nuisance

Whenever one or more Faeries you control deal combat damage to a player, that player creates a 4/2 red Pirate creature token with "This creature can't block." The token is goaded for the rest of the game. (It attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.)

Persist (When this creature dies, if it had no -1/-1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a -1/-1 counter on it.)

Mind's Dilation

Whenever an opponent casts their first spell each turn, that player exiles the top card of their library. If it's a nonland card, you may cast it without paying its mana cost.

Blightwing Bandit

Whenever you cast your first spell during each opponent's turn, look at the top card of that player's library, then exile it face down. You may play that card for as long as it remains exiled, and mana of any type can be spent to cast it.
