As long as a card exiled with Eater of Virtue has flying, equipped creature has flying. The same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible, lifelink, menace, protection, reach, trample, and vigilance.

Whenever a creature you control attacks alone, it gets +X/+X until end of turn, where X is the number of card types among cards in all graveyards.
Lhurgoyf creatures you control have trample.

Malefic Scythe enters the battlefield with a soul counter on it.
Equipped creature gets +1/+1 for each soul counter on Malefic Scythe.
Whenever equipped creature dies, put a soul counter on Malefic Scythe.
Equip {1} ({1}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)

Scythe of the Wretched

Equipped creature gets +2/+2.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by equipped creature this turn dies, return that card to the battlefield under your control. Attach Scythe of the Wretched to that creature.
