Creatures your opponents control lose deathtouch and can't have or gain deathtouch.

Ankle Shanker

Whenever Ankle Shanker attacks, creatures you control gain first strike and deathtouch until end of turn.

Basilisk Collar

Equipped creature has deathtouch and lifelink. (Any amount of damage it deals to a creature is enough to destroy it. Damage dealt by this creature also causes you to gain that much life.)
Equip {2} ({2}: Attach to target creature you control. Equip only as a sorcery.)

Battle-Rage Blessing

Target creature gains deathtouch and indestructible until end of turn. (Damage and effects that say "destroy" don't destroy it.)

Whenever Blood Artist or another creature dies, target player loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.

Blood Cultist

{T}: Blood Cultist deals 1 damage to target creature.
Whenever a creature dealt damage by Blood Cultist this turn dies, put a +1/+1 counter on Blood Cultist.

Boros Charm

Choose one —
• Boros Charm deals 4 damage to target player or planeswalker.
• Permanents you control gain indestructible until end of turn.
• Target creature gains double strike until end of turn.

Brash Taunter

Indestructible
Whenever Brash Taunter is dealt damage, it deals that much damage to target opponent.
{2}{R}, {T}: Brash Taunter fights another target creature.

Clackbridge Troll

Trample, haste
When Clackbridge Troll enters, target opponent creates three 0/1 white Goat creature tokens.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, any opponent may sacrifice a creature of their choice. If a player does, tap Clackbridge Troll, you gain 3 life, and you draw a card.

Coat with Venom

Target creature gets +1/+2 and gains deathtouch until end of turn. (Any amount of damage it deals to a creature is enough to destroy it.)

Crackling Doom

Crackling Doom deals 2 damage to each opponent. Each opponent sacrifices a creature with the greatest power among creatures that player controls.

Daxos the Returned

Whenever you cast an enchantment spell, you get an experience counter.
{1}{W}{B}: Create a white and black Spirit enchantment creature token. It has "This creature's power and toughness are each equal to the number of experience counters you have."

Deathbringer Thoctar

Whenever another creature dies, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Deathbringer Thoctar.
Remove a +1/+1 counter from Deathbringer Thoctar: It deals 1 damage to any target.

Deflecting Palm

The next time a source of your choice would deal damage to you this turn, prevent that damage. If damage is prevented this way, Deflecting Palm deals that much damage to that source's controller.

Deflecting Swat

If you control a commander, you may cast this spell without paying its mana cost.
You may choose new targets for target spell or ability.

Despark

Exile target permanent with mana value 4 or greater.

Diabolic Tutor

Search your library for a card, put that card into your hand, then shuffle.

Dire Tactics

Exile target creature. If you don't control a Human, you lose life equal to that creature's toughness.

Drana and Linvala

Activated abilities of creatures your opponents control can't be activated.
Drana and Linvala has all activated abilities of all creatures your opponents control. You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to activate those abilities.

Morph—Sacrifice another creature. (You may cast this card face down as a 2/2 creature for {3}. Turn it face up any time for its morph cost.)
As Gift of Doom is turned face up, you may attach it to a creature.

Gisa, Glorious Resurrector

If a creature an opponent controls would die, exile it instead.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put all creature cards exiled with Gisa, Glorious Resurrector onto the battlefield under your control. They gain decayed. (A creature with decayed can't block. When it attacks, sacrifice it at end of combat.)

Gorgon Flail

Equipped creature gets +1/+1 and has deathtouch. (Any amount of damage it deals to a creature is enough to destroy that creature.)

Assassins, Mercenaries, and Rogues you control have deathtouch and "Whenever this creature deals combat damage to a player, you may remove a hit counter from a card that player owns in exile. If you do, draw a card and create two Treasure tokens."

Minthara, Merciless Soul

Minthara has ward {X}, where X is the number of experience counters you have.
At the beginning of your end step, if a permanent you controlled left the battlefield this turn, you get an experience counter.
