Goblin Game

Each player hides at least one item, then all players reveal them simultaneously. Each player loses life equal to the number of items they revealed. The player who revealed the fewest items then loses half their life, rounded up. If two or more players are tied for fewest, each loses half their life, rounded up.

Shahrazad

Players play a Magic subgame, using their libraries as their decks. Each player who doesn't win the subgame loses half their life, rounded up.

Raging River

Whenever one or more creatures you control attack, each defending player divides all creatures without flying they control into a "left" pile and a "right" pile. Then, for each attacking creature you control, choose "left" or "right." That creature can't be blocked this combat except by creatures with flying and creatures in a pile with the chosen label.

Outlaws' Merriment

At the beginning of your upkeep, choose one at random. Create a red and white creature token with those characteristics.
• 3/1 Human Warrior with trample and haste.
• 2/1 Human Cleric with lifelink and haste.
• 1/2 Human Rogue with haste and "When this creature enters, it deals 1 damage to any target."

Far Out

Rather than choose the indicated number of modes for spells and abilities you control, you may choose one or more modes. You can't choose any mode more than once.

Dance of the Dead

Enchant creature card in a graveyard
When Dance of the Dead enters, if it's on the battlefield, it loses "enchant creature card in a graveyard" and gains "enchant creature put onto the battlefield with Dance of the Dead." Put enchanted creature card onto the battlefield tapped under your control and attach Dance of the Dead to it. When Dance of the Dead leaves the battlefield, that creature's controller sacrifices it.
Enchanted creature gets +1/+1 and doesn't untap during its controller's untap step.
At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted creature's controller, that player may pay {1}{B}. If the player does, untap that creature.

Word of Command

Look at target opponent's hand and choose a card from it. You control that player until Word of Command finishes resolving. The player plays that card if able. While doing so, the player can activate mana abilities only if they're from lands that player controls and only if mana they produce is spent to activate other mana abilities of lands the player controls and/or to play that card. If the chosen card is cast as a spell, you control the player while that spell is resolving.

Chains of Mephistopheles

If a player would draw a card except the first one they draw in each of their draw steps, that player discards a card instead. If the player discards a card this way, they draw a card. If the player doesn't discard a card this way, they mill a card.

Illusionary Mask

{X}: You may choose a creature card in your hand whose mana cost could be paid by some amount of, or all of, the mana you spent on {X}. If you do, you may cast that card face down as a 2/2 creature spell without paying its mana cost. If the creature that spell becomes as it resolves has not been turned face up and would assign or deal damage, be dealt damage, or become tapped, instead it's turned face up and assigns or deals damage, is dealt damage, or becomes tapped. Activate only as a sorcery.

Dead Ringers

Destroy two target nonblack creatures unless either one is a color the other isn't. They can't be regenerated.

Worship

If you control a creature, damage that would reduce your life total to less than 1 reduces it to 1 instead.

Opalescence

Each other non-Aura enchantment is a creature in addition to its other types and has base power and base toughness each equal to its mana value.

Humility

All creatures lose all abilities and have base power and toughness 1/1.

Remove Enchantments

Return to your hand all enchantments you both own and control, all Auras you own attached to permanents you control, and all Auras you own attached to attacking creatures your opponents control. Then destroy all other enchantments you control, all other Auras attached to permanents you control, and all other Auras attached to attacking creatures your opponents control.

Ice Cauldron

{X}, {T}: You may exile a nonland card from your hand. You may cast that card for as long as it remains exiled. Put a charge counter on Ice Cauldron and note the type and amount of mana spent to pay this activation cost. Activate only if there are no charge counters on Ice Cauldron.
{T}, Remove a charge counter from Ice Cauldron: Add Ice Cauldron's last noted type and amount of mana. Spend this mana only to cast the last card exiled with Ice Cauldron.

Warp World

Each player shuffles all permanents they own into their library, then reveals that many cards from the top of their library. Each player puts all artifact, creature, and land cards revealed this way onto the battlefield, then does the same for enchantment cards, then puts all cards revealed this way that weren't put onto the battlefield on the bottom of their library.

Cheap Ass

Jeweled Amulet

{1}, {T}: Put a charge counter on Jeweled Amulet. Note the type of mana spent to pay this activation cost. Activate only if there are no charge counters on Jeweled Amulet.
{T}, Remove a charge counter from Jeweled Amulet: Add one mana of Jeweled Amulet's last noted type.

Camouflage

Cast this spell only during your declare attackers step.
This turn, instead of declaring blockers, each defending player chooses any number of creatures they control and divides them into a number of piles equal to the number of attacking creatures for whom that player is the defending player. Creatures those players control that can block additional creatures may likewise be put into additional piles. Assign each pile to a different one of those attacking creatures at random. Each creature in a pile that can block the creature that pile is assigned to does so. (Piles can be empty.)

Wand of Ith

{3}, {T}: Target player reveals a card at random from their hand. If it's a land card, that player discards it unless they pay 1 life. If it isn't a land card, the player discards it unless they pay life equal to its mana value. Activate only during your turn.

Trap Runner

{T}: Target unblocked attacking creature becomes blocked. Activate only during combat after blockers are declared. (This ability works on creatures that can't be blocked.)

Phyrexian Portal

{3}: If your library has ten or more cards in it, target opponent looks at the top ten cards of your library and separates them into two face-down piles. Exile one of those piles. Search the other pile for a card, put it into your hand, then shuffle the rest of that pile into your library.

Life Matrix

{4}, {T}: Put a matrix counter on target creature and that creature gains "Remove a matrix counter from this creature: Regenerate this creature." Activate only during your upkeep.

Ventifact Bottle

{X}{1}, {T}: Put X charge counters on Ventifact Bottle. Activate only as a sorcery.
At the beginning of your first main phase, if Ventifact Bottle has a charge counter on it, tap it and remove all charge counters from it. Add {C} for each charge counter removed this way.

Opal Gargoyle

When an opponent casts a creature spell, if Opal Gargoyle is an enchantment, Opal Gargoyle becomes a 2/2 Gargoyle creature with flying.

Nether Shadow

Haste
At the beginning of your upkeep, if Nether Shadow is in your graveyard with three or more creature cards above it, you may put Nether Shadow onto the battlefield.

Tidespout Tyrant

Flying
Whenever you cast a spell, return target permanent to its owner's hand.

Tomorrow, Azami's Familiar

If you would draw a card, look at the top three cards of your library instead. Put one of those cards into your hand and the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.

Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded

+1: Draw a card, then discard a card at random.
−4: Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded deals damage equal to the number of cards in target player's hand to that player.
−6: Gain control of all creatures until end of turn. Untap them. They gain haste until end of turn.

Chain Lightning

Chain Lightning deals 3 damage to any target. Then that player or that permanent's controller may pay {R}{R}. If the player does, they may copy this spell and may choose a new target for that copy.

Deathgreeter

Whenever another creature dies, you may gain 1 life.

Icatian Moneychanger

Icatian Moneychanger enters with three credit counters on it.
When Icatian Moneychanger enters, it deals 3 damage to you.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a credit counter on Icatian Moneychanger.
Sacrifice Icatian Moneychanger: You gain 1 life for each credit counter on Icatian Moneychanger. Activate only during your upkeep.

Obsidian Fireheart

{1}{R}{R}: Put a blaze counter on target land without a blaze counter on it. For as long as that land has a blaze counter on it, it has "At the beginning of your upkeep, this land deals 1 damage to you." (The land continues to burn after Obsidian Fireheart has left the battlefield.)

Recall

Discard X cards, then return a card from your graveyard to your hand for each card discarded this way. Exile Recall.

Tempest Efreet

Remove Tempest Efreet from your deck before playing if you're not playing for ante.
{T}, Sacrifice Tempest Efreet: Target opponent may pay 10 life. If that player doesn't, they reveal a card at random from their hand. Exchange ownership of the revealed card and Tempest Efreet. Put the revealed card into your hand and Tempest Efreet from anywhere into that player's graveyard. This change in ownership is permanent.

Takklemaggot

Enchant creature
At the beginning of the upkeep of enchanted creature's controller, put a -0/-1 counter on that creature.
When enchanted creature dies, that creature's controller chooses a creature that Takklemaggot could enchant. If the player does, return Takklemaggot to the battlefield under your control attached to that creature. If they don't, return Takklemaggot to the battlefield under your control as a non-Aura enchantment. It loses "enchant creature" and gains "At the beginning of that player's upkeep, Takklemaggot deals 1 damage to that player."

Falling Star

Flip Falling Star onto the playing area from a height of at least one foot. Falling Star deals 3 damage to each creature it lands on. Tap all creatures dealt damage by Falling Star. If Falling Star doesn't turn completely over at least once during the flip, it has no effect.
